14th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Avoid!!! Scam!!!! I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there
10th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)William H Brown has been absolutely amazing in our house buying process. As a first time buyers we were new to this process and luckily we had Sam Wooldridge on our side, who was outstanding through out the whole process. We cant thank him enough and without any doubt we want to give him 10/10. He is down to earth, calm and a very helpful person. Even though it took a while to get the keys to our first home, due to issues with in our chain, Sam was always there for us with regular updates and due to his guidance and assurance we kept going. In the end, it was worth the wait. We finally got our keys in June this year. Huge thanks to Sam and all other staff John, Graham and Ashleigh at WH Brown for their selfless service through out. We highly recommend them. ????????

And my sincerely thanks goes to Megan power for all her help and support in making sure that I rented this amazing and beautiful house. There requirement was so moderate, no stress in the process. I must confess that i will recommend Harris and wood renting agent to my friends and people who would want to rent a house because there are the best. Thank u.

I’d seen Nick’s agency and I thought that his experience and approach would be more suited to us and we were absolutely not disappointed. Responsive, highly experienced, patient, professional and hands on, just what we needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

3rd Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)Jade was extremely efficient in marketing our property and selling it. I said I needed the sale to go through as quick as possible and she certainly did that. It was nice also to only have to deal with one person rather than having to leave messages with colleagues. She was always there for us and her positive attitude helped us through some sticky moments. Thank you Jade.

29th Mar 2025 (19 days ago)We were impressed by the photography and drone footage that Oakheart created to market the house. The sale took longer than expected, and the eventual price achieved was less than forecast. However we acknowledge that this was a property with potential, but requiring considerable modernistion, so would have appealed to a limited audience. Our 5* rating was in no small part due to Amy Lillistone, the Oakheart Sales Progressor, who did a brilliant job "chasing the chain" to ensure that completion was effected before the increase in stamp duty.
