Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. They did so with such care and professionalism, significantly reducing all those stresses often associated with renting property. So when it came to selling this house, we looked no further. Here again, Colebrook Sturrock's thoughtfulness and professionalism was evident throughout. We were kept constantly informed about the progress of visits and responses, and when it came to receiving an offer, they ensured everything went smoothly to a successful conclusion for all concerned. I only have praise for Colebrook Sturrock and their lettings and sales teams.

25th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Market conditions meant that any estate agent would have failed to sell my property. As a widower I need to down-size, but I am not giving my property away at any price.
26th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.

29th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

4th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)No feedback didn’t tell us correct price of agent fees and charged a bomb for pictures without a sale was on the market 20 weeks and only had 2 viewings

1st Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)A very disappointing experience. Communication was lacking. Would not recommend using this agency. Lack of disclosure until after completion of sale regarding the agent’s relationship to the seller. The administrative staff were pleasant but not much else about this transaction was a good experience. It was unnecessarily stressful . Will not be using them again.
21st Jul 2022 (1 year ago)They are great depending on what you want... They will market your house quickly, elicit offers quickly, get a decent price, so basically they can see snow to Eskimos. But their back of house sale progression side of things seems non existent, I've always had to chase them for info, sometimes more than once, I don't think I have had a call from them that wasn't initiated by me needing to know where we are.

Gavin is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable. He handled the sale of our property from Day 1 going above and beyond to ensure we were fully appraised of each and every step. He gave excellent advice and was happy to listen to us. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that we greatly appreciated his prompt and appropriate communication skills. He was always there in person, on the phone or by email when necessary. I would have no hesitation in using this agent again and highly recommend him.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
