25th May 2023 (1 year ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

7th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)My family property was an old farm house of character with some land in a very rural location. I was recommended Robin Jessop as having significant expertise in this type of sale. From the initial visit I felt confident that they had the ability and experience to manage the sale in a professional manner. The marketing materials /brochure/photos were of high quality and generated a lot of interest from day one. Viewing was handled by them as requested by me which was a definite bonus at a busy time for myself. Communication has been proactive and ideas, suggestions and advice welcome. From initial posting to my accepting a good offer was only six weeks. The people involved have been easy to deal with and responsive. I have felt well supported throughout the process and a good outcome. Thank you Jessops.
16th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)This is not the first time we have used Blenkin&co. We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

She was just exceptional, and the sale being a challenging one had the patience of a saint and went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. I cannot recommend them all highly enough. 8th Jan 2025 (13 days ago)From start to finish the staff at Murray’s were absolutely brilliant .The viewings were carried out by them which took the pressure off me. They also coordinated the sale and were the driving force within the chain contacting the other agents and solicitors to keep it all on track . They took the time to explain , support and reassure me as the sale went through . I would recommend Murray’s without a hesitation. It is a very stressful time when buying and selling a house but Murray’s made it a lot easier for me .

Dealings with all member of the team have always been extremely professional and friendly with communication being a key factor of why we then went on to trust the team with pairing us with our dream home. Needless to say it all went smoothly and we genuinely couldn’t thank and recommend them enough.

Was fed lots of lies, and made buying our first homes very difficult and stressful. After speaking with the original owners of the house, it’s seems as though none of our messages were getting passed on to them, which completely prolonged our buying process. Wouldn’t recommend!

Alex has a friendly, approachable and very professional manner and was instrumental in keeping the process moving in what was not the most straightforward of sales. Alex kept me fully informed throughout the process, even continuing to keep me updated while he was ill with Covid, which was definitely beyond the call of duty!

13th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
31st Jul 2024 (25 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
