Dont use- 20th Dec 2025 (7 weeks ago)Very friendly and knowledgeable, giving excellent advice. Quick with information and feedback from viewings, updates on how the offers stood against each other. Everything was explained before we agreed to use their service. They worked hard and are well worth every penny.

26th Jan 2026 (14 days ago)We chose Savills to represent our home on the property market because it felt like they went the extra mile, and our hunch was proved right. From start to finish Savills were engaged and pro-active. We had previously tried to sell our property with another agent couple of years ago but only had three viewings. With Savills we had at least a dozen. The chain we found ourselves part of was long and tenuous, but Michelle was reassuring and efficient at all times, but especially whilst dealing with a sudden break at the very top of the chain. It is for all the above reasons we would recommend using Savills if you are thinking of selling your property.

Ensured only good quality viewers with high potential to proceed were shown round. Professional photography included as part of the package. There was no paying for add ons - what you see is what you get. House selling process is stressful as it is and Relo were always on hand to have a conversation, giving viewer feedback etc.
