2nd Sep 2022 (1 year ago)We were very impressed with the service we received from Lovelle. The supporting evidence for their valuation gave us confidence that they were the right choice for us. Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.
26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)I've rented a property through BMH for around 5 years now and it's honestly the happiest and most settled I've felt. The lettings team are friendly but professional and get things done quickly on the rare occasion that I do report any issues. When visiting the property, I've always found BMH staff to be very polite and respectful. In places I've rented before (through other agents) you're made very aware of the fact that you dont own the house but with BMH I feel they really treat it as though it's the tenants home - which adds to that settled feeling I mentioned earlier. Their communication is great too, whether it's notifying of tenancy inspections, arranging appointments or just answering general queries. The response is usually quick with clear, honest answers to any questions. It was a while ago but i do remember their application process too and how straightforward it all was. From first viewing on 25th September it took just 3 weeks for application, referencing etc and by mid October I'd moved in. Really quick and simple. In short I'd recommend this letting agent to anyone.

6th Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)Offered on a house at the asking price to then be told someone had offered higher, I said I didn’t want to enter a bidding war. I then rang back not even a minute later with an offer higher than the asking price to be told the owners of the property wanted to sell to the other people and paperwork had been sent across… does not add up. I then asked of another property and put an offer forward and it was a straight no…not even ‘I will put forward to the owner’. I am a first time buyer and all of this has knocked my confidence massively and feel I have been treated unfairly.
22nd May 2023 (1 year ago)The rental team were very unprofessional, I found the communication awful. Not returning calls, messages not passed on etc. I asked questions regarding the property to which I already knew the answer and was flabbergasted when I was not told the truth, then when challenged the staff member became very defensive and aggressive in her tone. Whilst I appreciate this young member of staff may not be skilled in customer service I felt her conduct was inexcusable. The staff would benefit from professional help with customer service in particular the younger team members.
