1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)Didn't respond at the phone when you call them an you need to go more times to fix something. For example they have 3 weeks from when we start to tell them the heating is not working and we have a wall which properly can fall any time and can hurt someoane and the water flows every day in the kitchen.
20th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Poor knowledge of the local area, sending people for viewings who had no intention of buying the property, poor communication and had to be chased for information. Would definitely use a local company to your area.

From booking a property valuation, through to completion of the sale, everyone we dealt with was friendly, but professional & efficient. We were pleased with the sale price they achieved for us, & with the help of the solicitors that Mellor & Beer recommended, the sale went through smoothly & we were guided & kept informed throughout the process.
14th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Very good service all around as we are stationed abroad and had no problems with the estate agents and have gone with their legal team to complete sale ..unable to comment on legals as we have only just engaged but quietly confident all will be OK and will be more than willing to comment further after completion..so far really good service
19th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I would not recommend this agent due to a lack of contact with any progress on my property and not any acting upon any of my recommendations or instructions. There was no service and ended my contract prior to the expiry day with no fees because of their poor service. AVOID!
8th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)We started renting one of their properties, and they are really good with us. We had a problem with the boiler when we moved in, but they got it sorted ASAP. We've had no other issues and are happy in the house we live in. They have made sure all smoke alarms work and got us a brand new carbon monoxide alarm. We feel safe and sound.
15th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Lee and the team look after a few properties for us and they are fantastic to work with, fair, hard-working and always go the extra mile for both landlord and tenant. If you are a landlord looking for someone to manage residential properties I cannot recommend Lee enough!

They have acted with the utmost professionalism, organised and project manager the necessary upgrades and kept me informed during the modernisation. The process of finding suitable Tenants as been seamless. i would highly recommend them. Thanks Anthony, Zoe & Victoria.
16th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Communication was poor, with only one viewing in the 6 month period I was on the market with property hive. The second agent was pleasant and reassured me when I contacted her that she was promoting my property, though we saw no results over the 6 month period other than one viewing. The first had severely lacking communication skills, though I did switch agents when requested. When I first joined nobody let me know we had ‘gone live’ after me requesting we hold the property for a week for a variety of reasons. Overall I felt brushed off and that my house wasn’t important to them. I wouldn’t recommend.

Sold newly built houses , Sold renovated properties Manage a very large property portfolio for me. (also can arrange repairs carried out at reasonable costs too)

On the initial visit Jody explained everything clearly and concisely, and I immediately felt at ease and knew that I trusted him to sell my house and get the best price he could. The timescale from first valuation visit to my house being photographed and listed on the internet was a matter of DAYS! Jody did every viewing for me, chased viewers for feedback and forwarded that onto me immediately. My house sold within just TWO weeks (to a lady who first viewed it on the very day it went live on the internet), and I believe that to be down to the care, attention and advice given by the agent.
