9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We recently sold our property, which we had purchased through Dunstan's over seven years ago. As we were so satisfied with their service then, we chose to use them again. Karen and Tracey were both very professional, approachable and helpful throughout the process.... nothing was too much trouble. A lovely team, I would definitely recommend anyone to consider them if they were selling their own property, especially if it is in or around Conisbrough, as they have an excellent knowledge of this area. 23rd May 2025 (9 mo. ago)I didn't know that much about Northwood only that I had seen their For Sale boards up around areas of the city. So we decided to give them a go.From the first meeting we had at their Doncaster office we were quietly impressed with their professionalism and the local knowledge. And all the way through the sale they have kept us up-to-date with happenings. We would advise anyone who is thinking of buying or selling their property to give them ago , you won't be disappointed. 1st class.

3rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

Joanne Boaler’s knowledge of all the properties she showed us was beyond comprehension, she really does go above and beyond. A massive thank you to Joanne and Danya who really helped our relocation to a new area as stress free as possible. They definitely took their time to get to know us as buyers and help us find the perfect location - highly recommend.

From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
