   Dreadful experience from the property team when looking to purchase a property. After being asked lots of questions to ascertain my position and me asking about notes of interest etc they booked me an appointment to view. On the evening before the viewing informed me the property was under offer after being on Rightmove for 3 days!!! If I had furnished with proper information in the beginning we would have had time to make an offer... Read more

   Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs! Our experience with Paris Steele was nothing short of a disaster. From the very beginning, their handling of my brother's flat purchase was chaotic and unprofessional. The entire process was riddled with delays, miscommunications, and a general lack of competence. The actual move-in day was an absolute horror. The key handover was delayed for hours, causing immense stress, disruption and significant extra costs. To top it off, upon entering the flat, we have discovered that several appliances were either faulty or not working at all. Despite assurances that everything would be in order, and him paying them a substantial amount of money to act in his interest, he was left stranded with a non-functioning kitchen. When he contacted Paris Steele to report the issues, he was met with laughter on the phone. They offered no assistance and seemed more interested weaseling out of the responsibility, saying it is our fault that we have signed their contract. This company is clearly incompetent and unprofessional. Their behavior was not only unacceptable but also deeply disrespectful. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. You will undoubtedly save yourself a significant amount of stress and potential financial loss.... Read more
