   Approaching Aberdein Considine via Get Agent resulted in a very quick and efficient valuation and quotation. Contacting them via telephone calls was not always successful during the stage when viewings were being arranged. It was slighty easier to obtain a more timely response by email. However communication via telephone with the solicitor was prompt and once an offer had been made for the property we were selling Aberdein Considine moved quickly.... Read more

   Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs! Our experience with Paris Steele was nothing short of a disaster. From the very beginning, their handling of my brother's flat purchase was chaotic and unprofessional. The entire process was riddled with delays, miscommunications, and a general lack of competence. The actual move-in day was an absolute horror. The key handover was delayed for hours, causing immense stress, disruption and significant extra costs. To top it off, upon entering the flat, we have discovered that several appliances were either faulty or not working at all. Despite assurances that everything would be in order, and him paying them a substantial amount of money to act in his interest, he was left stranded with a non-functioning kitchen. When he contacted Paris Steele to report the issues, he was met with laughter on the phone. They offered no assistance and seemed more interested weaseling out of the responsibility, saying it is our fault that we have signed their contract. This company is clearly incompetent and unprofessional. Their behavior was not only unacceptable but also deeply disrespectful. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. You will undoubtedly save yourself a significant amount of stress and potential financial loss.... Read more
