28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Great advice from Martin on a commercial property that I own. With the help of Martin I was able to tie my tenants in to a long term lease suited to both of us. Having dealt with commercial estate agents in the past I have never had any sound advice….my opinions have now changed. Thanks again Martin and team. I will definitely be recommending yourself. See you in 10 years for same…bet your glad to see the back of us lol.

I could not have asked for more when it comes to the hospitable way they have treated me. Five stars, because there is no six stars.

Although probably the most stressful of times as is widely known, their professionalism shone through right up to the point we collected our keys. Saying thanks is not enough, you cannot go wrong with Acquire Homes.

12th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)We spoke to a number of agents before deciding to use Michael Bailey as he was very clear about what he and his colleagues would do and the selling process. His valuation was reasonable, MB and his team handled all the viewings and updated us very regularly. We had an offer at asking price after a few weeks and would recommend MB's service.
8th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.
