Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. Def worth considering this independent where we feel we got a more personal approach. Thanks again Vanilla Square!

They also dealt with viewings and arranged a quick closing date Don’t have final bill yet but we were provided with a breakdown of costs

When visiting our house for a valuation, all measures were taken to comply with COVID-19 instructions. We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole. Dealt with Sandra Burton (solicitor) and the transaction for the house sale went through without any hitches. Would highly recommend dealing with them for your house sale from start to finish. 23rd May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Excellent experience with Ross Yates. He was straightforward to deal with and kept us up to date from beginning to end. He gave us very good advice on how to present the house. He is a qualified surveyor so had a good eye to reassure re minor issues. We couldn't recommend him more highly. We dealt with him alone from beginning to end (not like the larger agencies) and he did all the viewings himself from early morning to late evening seven days a week if needed.
