6th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things

Peter and his team know what they are doing and provide the standard of service you would expect from a company at this level, easily. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will certainly use them again in any property sale or purchase.

If I was ever selling again, I would use Barrhead Property Centre in a heartbeat. Declan is a great guy - he has the perfect balance of professional and friendly, and is so so helpful with every aspect of the sale and mortgage services. There is a family feel to the service provided. Our house was sold quickly at closing date, at a higher price than we expected. If you're considering using Barrhead Property Centre, just do it, you will not regret it.

Stephanie, Avril and the team were fantastic and very helpful and professional, keeping us right at all stages of the process as it had been years since we'd sold a property. House went on sale on the Wednesday and was sold by the following Monday. Would 100% recommend.

14th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Very unprofessional agents, I'd go as far as to say awful. I live abroad and I had my property with them for about 12 years. When the tenant left I had to completely gut the place. They didn't do inspections as per their contract - they blamed covid restrictions but even once they were lifted they hadn't been to inspect it. All the window handles were rusted, the flat stunk of cat pee, every light was smashed, furniture broken, curtain rails hanging off the wall, the bath smashed, the wc broken. Yes the tenant is responsible but when you pay an agency to manage your property you expect them to do just that. When I collected my keys they had the cheek to tell me I had a bad attitude :-D

Their surveyor who met us at the property was very professional, gave us excellent advice about works to enhance the presentation of the property. The sales brochure/ website was well presented and the admin staff were all very friendly and kept us well informed.
