14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

We really appreciate all that he did and the advice he gave. We would highly recommend him and Westgate Estate Agents for selling a house.

21st May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Viewing a property the person showing us round, didn’t really do anything apart from open the door. Didn’t have any info on basic things, but was nice enough. Staff at the office were nice but a bit of a lag getting details.
15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)Had 3 offers within the 2 weeks. Proper checks not done . Lost one offer , the offer I did except buyer didn’t even have a mortgage in principal! I was told the dad was buying the flat for his daughter. Half the money other half on mortgage! None of this was true

Standard of Communication was first class, helped me in more ways than one, through providing advice and suppport with any questions I had for them. Standard was outstanding and got me way over what I thought was achievable for the sale of my house. Would definately recoment this company, you will not be disappointed. A big thanks to Sophie and her colleagues who made our whole buyer journey such a lovely experience. From initial contact, booking viewing, attending viewing and throughout offer stages, each member of staff was so friendly, professional and couldn't have been any more helpful and understanding. Especially patient and helpful given I was trying to negotiate the process on behalf of my son who is on the Autistic Spectrum. Genuinely nice people.

12th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I’ve been with Northwood for a year and a half now and i’ve had numerous issues with pipes / leaks in my flat. They always get back to me on the same day, usually within the hour and have a contractor out usually within 2. They’ve even been able to get people out to us for emergencies on weekends. Best letting agents i’ve been with in glasgow, absolutely 10/10
16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)We called Walker Wylie a year before we were able to sell our property to ask for advice on pre-selling issues. Barry was so friendly, helpful and gave excellent advice. So much so, we decided to ask Walker Wylie to market our property when the time was right. Barry and his team did not disappoint. As well as getting the property on the market quickly whilst efficiently attending to the administrative and legal matters, Barry arranged for contractual work to be done on the property during the selling process on our behalf. This was essential as we were not local. Throughout the process, we knew we were in very safe hands. The property sold quickly after a few viewings and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Walker Wylie.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)I started using Gregor and his team in 2017. I never had to worry about the property or tenants as Gregor and the team were always at hand. They also acted as agents to sell the property which they completed quickly. I definitely give them all five stars and highly recommend them.
13th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)Upon moving out, I repeatedly contacted them to release my deposit. Unfortunately, even after a month has passed, my deposit remains unreleased. Following persistent follow-ups, they informed me that they had hired a "sparkle clean" service and would be sending me an invoice for the cleaning expenses. Ironically, I had already hired a professional cleaner to ensure the property was left in impeccable condition before my departure. The house was in a cleaner state than when I first moved in. It is disheartening to note that despite my efforts and the clear state of the property, they continue to withhold my deposit. Their reluctance to return the deposit, coupled with their evasive actions, strongly suggests unethical practices. They are absolute scammers, and I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with them at any cost.
24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

From Paul coming out to initially value my property until the day I handed over my keys to move into my new dream home the support has been first class. Excellent communication. Shona or one of her team always got back to me with any queries I had or advice needed. Totally recommend. I would not use any other Estate Agent.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
17th Feb 2024 (23 weeks ago)I rented my mother's house in Bearsden a few years ago. The Property Bureau are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not check the house during the tenancy and when the tenants left the property was left in a disgusting state.
