2nd Apr 2025 (15 days ago)Jonathan from Westgate provided us with excellent service and valuable advice regarding preparing the property for sale. The sale timeframe was much less than we were prepared for potentially reducing the cost of ongoing property overheads whilst waiting for a sale.
10th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)From start to finish Slater Hogg West End made things really easy for us. Special shout to to Aidan! We initially contacted him in 2022 to sell our house but had to postpone due to planning our wedding. I contacted Aidan again in 2024 and he remembered me immediately. He predicted when our house would sell and was spot on! This guy knows his job! Also special shout to Mitra who handled our sale and kept me informed throughout, and gave me great advice. I would definitely recommend Slater Hogg! Thanks guys!!
30th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)Absolute shower of cowboys. I would advise not to use this company. I am renting a property in Glasgow through these and have had nothing but trouble from day one. They have no interest at all in the tenant. There have been issues in this property that were reported years ago that are still to be addressed. I have a fridge/freezerwith a sticker on it stating DO NOT USE after Feb 2023! If I could have given them less than one star I most certainly would of. Tracey Porter

- 13th Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)what they done to me was blatant robbery david came out had the sales patter they then arranged to have my house valued and listed I agreed (get independent valuation) I complained the house was under valued david said he would take this up with the surveyor (he didn't) and my house went on to get sold then 3 month after I sold it the person who bought it then sold it through alan and harris with a 10k higher valuation so if you like to have 10k stole from you these people are for you

3rd Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend Cairn Agency. Having had over a decade of erratic and poor management these people do provide an individually tailored service. Having encounterrd several challenges as a landlord in the past couple of years I have found them to be efficient and fair to both tenant and landlord. A big 'thank'you'

25th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)They’re horrible after end of tenancy. They ask hell lot of charges for cleaning. It looks like harassment in the name of cleaning. Their cleaners quote different amount before end of tenancy but after your tenancy will end this gets inflated to exorbitant amount. Please avoid them . You’ll get email from Louis after end of tenancy and would never come back with clear communications.

Especially welcome, was a link to a trusted and economically competitive company which was quickly able to resolve an issue highlighted on the home report. The images taken for marketing were excellent and the description of the site and its attractions based on local knowledge undoubtedly enhanced interest.
13th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)Upon moving out, I repeatedly contacted them to release my deposit. Unfortunately, even after a month has passed, my deposit remains unreleased. Following persistent follow-ups, they informed me that they had hired a "sparkle clean" service and would be sending me an invoice for the cleaning expenses. Ironically, I had already hired a professional cleaner to ensure the property was left in impeccable condition before my departure. The house was in a cleaner state than when I first moved in. It is disheartening to note that despite my efforts and the clear state of the property, they continue to withhold my deposit. Their reluctance to return the deposit, coupled with their evasive actions, strongly suggests unethical practices. They are absolute scammers, and I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with them at any cost.
24th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

31st Mar 2025 (17 days ago)I asked a few agents to value my property & talk me through their processes. I was highly impressed with Paul from Pacitti who was professional, informative, enthusiastic, positive & helpful. Other valuers were good but appeared less experienced. Price was not a prime driver for me, though Pacitti's prices were competitive but I did like & appreciate they offered supported viewings as part of the package & importantly offered supported viewings outwith normal business hours eg. at weekends & after 5pm. Paul also explained the Pacitti client portal which I was initially dismissive of but became a great fan of it as its a great way to keep track of viewings/offers & was maintained in timely manner by Georgia & Shona. From an operational perspective, Shona was excellent with proactive communication making the whole process really simple & stress free. Shona was also very helpful with guidance on how to address items arising between both sets of solicitors. Going back to the Pacitti portal, it was updated by Georgia in timely manner after viewing hosted by Shona & Georgia was excellent at obtaining viewers' feedback. Overall, the whole team have been an absolute pleasure to deal and have kept me updated throughout the process.

I don't have the wrong company, we went to your Bearsden office to pick up the keys so we have the right listing that we are reviewing here. The fact that you say that you don't have my name on your records also shows the type of business you are running. Attached is a screenshot of the latest payment receipt via email from 'you'. Coming to the review - we intimated you of a mould issue in our residence months ago. Attached are some photos as evidence of what we are experiencing out of no fault of our own. Your contractors came once, did some exterior work that we weren't updated on and just left us in a limbo. Now we are living in one of your properties with growing mould and a serious health concern. We are calling you everyday for an update and still nothing concrete has been done. I absolutely stick to the 1 star review.
