She kept me fully informed by telephone and email and was very personable and takes a pride in her job. I would highly recommend the team at Shawlands if you have a home to sell.
9th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Offered me a flat, once I accepted said that the landlord wants to host 10 more viewings even though they legally offered me the flat. Said they would get back to me within 2 days to confirm if the landlord has gone with me. Till this day I haven’t heard a thing. Inhumane agency that only cares about money. Avoid at all costs!

From the start when I was hunting for properties, all the way to sealing the deal with the Solicitors - Joe at Allen and Harris Shawlands was brilliant. Personable, Knowledgeable and invested in getting me the property I wanted. Later days, Scott (I'm assuming the spelling) was on point, great communication and made the final steps as easy as can be.<br><br>Sincerely, thank you to the team at Shawlands.

Selling a home can be an incredibly stressful and emotional experience, but the team made the whole process so much easier.<br><br>Their communication was excellent from start to finish – always keeping me updated, quick to respond, and completely on the ball throughout. The ladies were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly, warm, and great fun to deal with.<br><br>During what was a very emotional time for me, they supported me far beyond what I expected from an estate agency. At times it felt like I had a team of therapists cheering me on! They were always there to listen, offer reassurance, and guide me through every step of the process. By the end, I felt like I’d known them forever.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent that combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their clients, I would absolutely recommend Home Connexions. From our very first viewing to completion, Gil was consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. 10th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I was delighted with the sales price achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Craig, Megan, Laura and all of the team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. By far the best property selling experience that we have had. Would not hesitate in recommending them for any others looking to sell their property in the southside.

18th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)From the first dealings in the Hamilton office of Momo Homes to the conclusion of the sale of our property, all the staff were polite, friendly, courteous and professional in their dealings with us. They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

I originally bought my house via Lesley too & had such a good buyer experience that I knew I wanted to use her whenever it came time to sell! Great advice from her from preparing the house for the sale to viewings to offers. My property was well marketed & looked amazingly done in the pictures. I got a closing date & multiple offers well over asking! Cant thank her enough for a really positive selling experience & highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable hard working estate agent.

We sold our home this year and Scott guided us through the entire process from day one, giving us excellent tips to get the house market-ready. The photographer did a first-class job, leaving us with beautiful photos to remember our home by. Mark, the viewing specialist, was also incredible—he kept us updated constantly and used his natural skills to manage viewers and close the sale. Highly recommended!

From the very beginning, Alex, who initially visited the property and carried out the photography and video, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and informative. He made an immediate positive impression and set the tone for what turned out to be an excellent experience with the company. Lyndsay then supported us throughout the entire sales process, and I am so grateful for her kindness, patience, and understanding during what was an extremely emotional and difficult time following the loss of both my parents. Her personal support and kind words throughout meant the world to me and made a very challenging situation feel much more manageable. Her work was outstanding in every respect — fast, efficient, and highly informative. She kept us fully updated at every stage and worked incredibly hard to achieve a fantastic sale price in a remarkably short period of time. 8th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I can’t recommend Connaire at Kelly Residential highly enough. From start to finish, he was outstanding throughout the sale of my flat. His communication was excellent at every stage, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The information he brought when he came to value the property showed that he had done his homework and knew the area. If, or, when we look to move in the future il be coming back to Connaire for sure.
