5th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)The facts. -It’s a week since I asked for a home report and a viewing - I’ve had a neither. -I’ve called back - told ‘the valuer would call me to arrange’ - that’s not happened. -I was called IMMEDIATELY after I sent the enquiry - asked if I want to use their mortgage advisor and or to sell with them - I didn’t answer don’t. Yet I was phoned back so they can arrange to value my property…. I expressed annoyance at the error and lack of viewing arrangement. Since heard nothing. -FYI it’s the cottage in Rosneath that’s on sale- if no one’s coming to view it - this is why. Total farce. How can an estate agent be so disorganized at such basic stuff? He

She kept us updated ,explained everything in detail and very professional. Our mortgage was approved within few days which expedited the whole buying process. She also ensured with got the best mortgage deal. Alana Docherty/ Allen and Harris provided excellent mortgage services and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They responded well to my requests and a buyer was found and offer received within an acceptable timeframe. I really couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. 24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.

Nothing was too much trouble, house sold in three days and was updated from start to finish. Thanks you so much, will definitely use again without any hesitation. 16th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I am the client from hell - always wanting constant updates and everything done yesterday. I decided to use McArthur Stanton for our recent house purchase and sale as I wanted to use a local firm, but I have never had great service from property lawyers before so, to be frank, I thought it would be more of the same. I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the word go all I got from Linda and Maureen was courtesy, professionalism and outstanding support throughout the whole process. They soothed my fevered brow and brought both purchase and sale to a successful conclusion within the timescales agreed. I would recommend this company - you will not get better.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 16th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)I rented a place in Balloch and I was very happy with my experience overall as a first time renter in Scotland. Andrew is a fantastic lettings agent who gave me A LOT of extra info that really helped me long term and is partially what caused me to choose to rent with Property Bureau. Rachel was easy to correspond with and if I had issues she replied promptly sending along a maintenance person when needed etc. I never met Victoria but through indirect actions feel that she is also reliable and fair. I was happy to have my deposit stored properly and returned to me in full as well as no difficulty in getting my place set up to rent within a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting with this branch of Property Bureau.

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you

She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! Will be doing my business elsewhere!!
