She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.

From initial conversations and all the way throughout, it's been absolute professionalism from all the staff. 24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.
2nd May 2026 (28 days ago)Through the recommendation of a friend we contacted David Muir Estates to organise the sale of our house in Balloch. From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.

I decided to use McArthur Stanton for our recent house purchase and sale as I wanted to use a local firm, but I have never had great service from property lawyers before so, to be frank, I thought it would be more of the same. I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the word go all I got from Linda and Maureen was courtesy, professionalism and outstanding support throughout the whole process. They soothed my fevered brow and brought both purchase and sale to a successful conclusion within the timescales agreed. I would recommend this company - you will not get better.

Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Would not hesitate to recommend them.
8th May 2026 (22 days ago)Overall service was poor our house was returned in a terrible state, inventory not done properly left our property in a filthy broken state. Checks were not carried out properly. We would never use Helensburgh Property Bureau again

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Can only assume this as they recommended I offer 15% above HR, or 31% above their advertised price for a property that had only been on the market less than 24 hours. And they wonder why the property market is an over inflated mess! Also had to view the property in the presence of other buyers who were very late, but still allowed to impede on our viewing. Wasn’t impressed!
