He’s always been really helpful and made sure we received all the regular services we were meant to such as boilers services.<br><br>The couple of times we had a minor issue he was quick to sort it out and always checked in to make sure this was resolved. He is really easy to deal with and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a great estate agent!

We needed to get our house on the market very quickly after finding a property we loved, and the whole team couldn't have been more helpful or efficient.<br>Everything moved incredibly fast, from Alan doing our valuation, arranging the Home Report and photographs to getting the property live and viewings booked almost immediately. Communication throughout was excellent and Ray always kept me up to date and well advised.<br>We had a huge amount of interest within the first few days, received multiple offers and ultimately went to a closing date with six offers on the table, achieving a fantastic result well above our Home Report value. It was mainly this position that helped us secure our onward purchase.<br>What particularly stood out was how approachable and supportive everyone was throughout what could have been a very stressful process. They were always happy to answer questions, give advice and help us work through the different offers and buyers so we could choose the right one for our circumstances rather than simply focusing on the highest figure.<br>We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our home and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Igloo. 27th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)"Appalling experience - Extreme professional negligence, arrogance, and harassment"<br>I highly recommend avoiding this firm. After the completion of my property sale, the paralegal, Ceitidh Bryden, demonstrated absolute arrogance and a shocking lack of professional ethics. Her communication was completely unacceptable, to the point where she even resorted to shouting at me over the phone.<br>Despite a formal agreement via email for a £200 price deduction regarding house preparation (which was successfully applied to the final settlement), this firm failed to properly update the final missives due to sheer laziness. Worse still, after the funds were legally settled and under my control, she sided with the buyer to launch an aggressive psychological intimidation campaign. They forwarded threatening emails in red text and unlawfully demanded my personal overseas address without any legal basis, strictly violating data protection principles and professional boundaries. Pure malpractice, uneducated behaviour, and zero integrity. Avoid at all costs."<br><br>Alex

From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.
