14th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The Bearsden team have been impeccable. Their valuation of the property was spot on as was their advice on how to approach its marketing. They took care of everything, from the survey to marketing, viewing and sale, with attention to every detail. They sent email updates on every viewing and telephoned to give me a detailed verbal report about their followup contact with viewers. After the sale was agreed they kept an eye on the empty property to keep me informed about any maintenance issues. Their approach was very professional, friendly and respectful throughout. From my experience I would highly recommend their services for sales experience, diligence to detail and value for money.

15th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)When the valuer first came to see our property we were very impressed and excited by his demeanor, he was very enthusiastic and he promised us he could get us top market prices and that he would have “no problem” in selling our home. We quickly found out that Igloo don’t phone you to inform you that you have a viewing as we had people turning up to view our home when we were unaware and not ready to have a viewing. Also days would go by after we did have a viewing without Igloo letting us know how it went or even that they were having trouble contacting the viewers. It took 6 months for us to sell our home, with us phoning Igloo several times to discuss lowering the price or changing something in our property. Not once did anyone from Igloo phone to discuss how we could sell the house quicker. In the end we lowered our asking price by £15000 and sold it that morning. Had there been a more accurate price put on the property, or Igloo had called to explain that the market was fluctuating then the property would have sold quicker and we would have been able to look at new properties rather than still making mortgage payments on the property we were in

17th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)I rented my flat with Source Property for almost 5 years- and the service they provide is second to none! When I was first looking to move from Leeds to Clydebank, Kris showed me around a property that did eventually fall through- my issue rather than the agents. However Kris was very quick to suggest others that had come to market and I was able to make a very smooth move! Over the years, if there has been an issue, it has been resolved quickly. Kris and Will have been excellent at communicating inspections whilst being very respectful to my privacy also. All necessary boiler/alarm/electrical etc checks have been carried out with very little disruption. They have also been extremely fair with the policy around me having my pets. I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking to rent or buy a property and can say with confidence that Source Property have been the best letting agent I have rented with through my 17 years renting!

The viewing schedule was a smooth process and after 6 days we accepted an offer on our property. Stuart’s advice was invaluable and I would have no hesitation in recommending Walker Wylie and in fact I have already done so.

However I have recently used Lesley to sell my own home and I can't rate her work highly enough. From start to finish she was open and transparent on the process, cost and what to expect. My house viewings were booked in fast and my house was sold without any issues. Lesley is so professional in what she does however she stands out from the rest with her personal approach. Her knowledge expertise and passion shines through every interaction.
