Handled the sale of our property superbly well,despite our requirement that it could not be marketed fully until we had found the property we wished to buy. Not an easy brief but they followed it and we agreed sale of our house and purchase of our next house within 24 hours! When there was a last minute issue in the sale/purchase completion, Matt dealt with it with great skill and sensitivity. Simply the best!

They completed the sale of our property which was a little complicated, communicating brilliantly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble as we weren’t in the local area during the sale process. Their knowledge of the local area plus experience of the market is excellent we would highly recommend.

They used technology to its full extent to showcase my home (drone and interior walkthrough) and for convenient communication. The whole team seemed engaged with the process, positive and smart. Highly recommend.

From day one, Victoria showed a professionalism and a knowledge of the local area. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. From enquiries to viewings arranged, Victoria made ensured that we were supported and informed throughout the entire journey. Her guidance in presenting the bungalow to show it at it's best and expert advice made the whole experience much less stressful than we initially thought. Moreover, everyone we interacted with in the Chinnor team was friendly and knowledgeable, which made us feel confident and at ease. They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
