19th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)We were selling a riverside property and approached Waterview and another, ordinary estate agent. Waterview's valuation was substantially higher than the other agent. We put the house on the market with Waterview, priced at the top of their suggested range, and achieved the full asking price in a week.

1st May 2024 (13 days ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

10th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)We live next door to a property managed by Curchod and Co in Weybridge. They have a number of trees that are so large they span over half our house. They agreed to cut everything back to our fence line if we put forward a small portion of the costs which we did in good faith. So far they have only cut back one of the trees and are ignoring our calls and emails. The massive oak trees still need cutting back before potentially causing major damage to our property. Quite frankly they are liars and thieves in my opinion.

Very untrustworthy - hiding key information from you and losing all sense of morals just to get a sale through.

26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Sold the house eventually but didn't seem to be very proactive at the start of the process. We wrote our own blurb, we retook some of the photos so they were on a sunny day. It felt as though they were hoping the house would sell itself rather than hyping it up and having an open day with lots of viewings on 1 day. This then meant that the only way to renew interest was to drop the price several times. They however really worked hard for us when our buyer threatened to pull out.

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
