Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.

21st Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Anthing more than one star i believe to be written by themselves or someone still fooled by Darren. The most dishonest man in Addlestone. Reported to trading standards and has several CCJ’s but folds the company but keeps the Edward Barclay trading name. Check him out on companies house and avoid him at all cost. One day he’ll do it to the wrong person.
17th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend Bourne Estate Property Consultant - Luke Edney from Esher/Cobham branch - who assisted us with the rental journey since start of the year. He was there for us from the very beginning when we have seen the first property, listened our needs and helped us so much along the way. We have received excellent customer service as he was there for us for every phone call, questions we had, always polite and kind - so really top service. I cannot praise Luke highly enough as moving after many years is usually stressful but this one was super smooth! We have moved in today and absolutely love our new place :)
10th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)This agent will do anything to gain a property let. Their staff lie to perspective tenants and Landlords alike. The tenant will be promised anything to sign an agreement without this being agreed by the Landlord. I unfortunately chose them to manage my property and it has been a complete nightmare. Now trying to cancel the agreement and being threatened with legal action. Whether you are a Tenant or Landlord stay well away !!!

25th Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Worst estate I have ever dealt with, a bunch of thieves. Don't worth to get in, just avoid. If you meet Malik Alfaiaz, Dounia or Adam Arkus on any other estate like Parkes Estate, just turn away. They are same thieves from swt properties.

9th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)WORST experience with their letting agents. Here are my reasons why you should AVOID renting with them: 1. They increased my rent half way through my 3 year contract because I got pregnant and the landlord knew my due date was around the time we put a break up clause in the contract. 2. They harassed me into decorating landlord’s house when we gave notice we were leaving. 3. Initially they said our total deductions from our deposit was around £700 mark and then in the dispute they increased it to the £1200 mark

There aren't many estate agents that you can trust and are genuine but I highly recommend this estate agent specially Ross. The offer was accepted in writing. While we were sorting out soliciting etc, took about a week because it was over Eastern, Elliot let other interested parties view the property without us knowing it and then we got a phone call after eastern saying that now someone else had purchased the property. So, if you deal with Pilgrims and Elliot Griffin, an accepted offer doesn't mean anything. Be aware!

There attention to detail with setting up the photos and with the descriptions was by far the best I have experienced in a long history of buying and selling properties. Communication was great, especially having the whatsapp group chat. I would recommend them to anyone.

Beyond Pleased ????????- 9th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)I cannot recommend Ralph James estate agents enough. I was really nervous about selling my house, that I loved and has so many special memories in - so it was important to me to pick the right agent who valued our property and appreciated the efforts we went to, when completely renovating. I spoke to a number of agents and when I met Tom at Ralph James, I immediately knew I wanted to go with them. His professionalism, his passion for properties and is lack of enthusiasm was what really made my decision easy. I completely felt like we were on the same page. I was very particular with what photographed I wanted posting and Tom ran everything passed me and was extremely patient. Throughout the whole process, the communication was incredibly, no matter what time - I always felt comfortable sending quick questions via whatsapp and I would get the answers that I needed. Tom even worked both Saturday and Sunday for viewings - without a question. I really felt that both Tom and Kelly had our best interest throughout and I feel so grateful to have met them both and worked closely with them. We have sold a few properties in the past and it’s always been very stressful. However, this time - there was very little stress. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!
