16th Jan 2025 (22 days ago)We have just returned out our flat again with the help of Hamptons in Weybridge and this will be the fifth year with them! The letting team were all great as usual but special thanks to Nick Roberts for his attention to detail and negotiation skills. Deals are often never simple and Nick went the extra mile with myself and the new tenants to make it work. We also had only two days of unoccupancy. I’d also like to thank Lauren Walker who is the senior lettings administrator at Weybridge Hamptons, not just for her due diligence on the legal side of lettings but on her human approach when dealing with us and especially the new tenants who needed their hands held a little tighter as it was their first time renting. He was proactive and energetic in his search to get us what we were looking for and always on hand for any questions or concerns. He was dogged in his pursuit of the house that matches our wants/needs and budget..and ultimately successful. We're very happy with our house and would encourage anyone else to use Darrell and his colleagues when looking for a new home.

I recently had need to rent a flat and from the outset Lana, Sara and team were not only professional and efficient but also extremly pleasant, helpful and available throughout the entire process. 31st Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)Had the pleasure of a couple of viewings with Oasis in the Staines Area, although not proceeding due to a change of location really appreciated the assistance of Kiah for her Knowledge of the area and arranging additional properties that had previously been overlooked, and on the day of Viewings Rukaiya for her calmness and knowledge of both properties and general professionalism shown. Both are a true joy to work with and if i am looking in the area again would definitely contact again.

Super responsive and a great selection of properties, and don't over call/over communicate - also great on email vs. calls too. 24th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)STERLING AKROYD,, West Byfleet : From start to finish Sterling Akroyd were professional, knowledgeable & helpful. We started the process of putting the property on the market at the end of April & it was all wrapped up and completed by mid August. I used their West Byfleet office and dealt mostly with Dan/Daniel. He constantly kept me updated, he was constantly chasing solicitors for updates. I truly felt like I didn’t have to do anything myself - I was in capable hands. I’ve never felt less stressed selling a house! I can not recommend Dan at Sterling Akroyd at Byfleet enough. Amazing service all round!
