4th Sep 2020 (5 years ago)The best Estate Agent and Management company I’ve ever worked with. They have a personal touch and genuinely care about the people they work with, whether they are the Landlords or the Tenants. I’m really going to miss them as one of their tenants.
20th May 2024 (1 year ago)We rented with Parry and Drewett for almost 4 years, they were reliable and attentive, always working with the landlord to resolve any maintenance issues as and when they arose. The Surbiton team are friendly and honest, we couldn’t recommend enough.

27th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I found Hawes & Co very efficient throughout the process. There communication is brilliant. I was always able to reach someone at their office. Calls were returned and emails answered promptly.
3rd Oct 2025 (10 weeks ago)On deciding to rent my property i selected Dexters in Surbiton. The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

26th Apr 2022 (3 years ago)Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

31st Jul 2025 (19 weeks ago)I have been a client of Bonsors for some years now for both valuation rent assessment and sales. Almalgamation with SHW has not currently changed that. Tom Batey was this time guiding us through the often painfull and stressfull process of selling. He was excellent and as usuall it was not a staightforward event mainly due to incompetent legal representation. Nevertheless we made it eventually I think due to Mr Bateys own professional experience and advice to both sides involved. Thank you
