Even at the end, we needed to extend our tenancy for a few days and they were so accommodating to help make it happen. Thoroughly recommend going through CHK.

I really liked the personal service and the “genuine” approach, especially having moved the house sale from one of the competitors in the area. Dan and the team were always super helpful and responded quickly to any questions or queries that I had. I also purchased a new home through V&H. Again, Maria and the team were absolute super stars. 31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)We used Matthew Pierce to sell our home in Chessington, following recommendations from our neighbours. Matthew has been amazing at guiding us through this process. He was very accommodating and flexible when it came to viewings, ensuring there were several opportunities to show prospective buyers the property and he always met us in person to discuss next steps. The photographs, documentation and property promotion were excellent, we really appreciated having our home shown in the office window. Matthew has been a delight to work with and we are so pleased to have chosen Matthew Pierce as our estate agent. We have moved out of the area so would not be able to use Matthew Pierce again, but I couldn't recommend him anymore for those residing in Claygate and surrounding areas.

14th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We rented a property through Connor Prince and they were fantastic, easily the best estate agent we have dealt with. We spoke with Debbie throughout the tenancy, and she was always fast to respond and extremely helpful, and always a delight to speak to. The maintenance team were brilliant, whenever we raised an issue, they were fast to act and regularly checked in with us to ensure the landlord had fixed the issues and to check if we needed any support. We highly recommend Connor Prince.

Highly professional, proficient and excellent communication and balanced advice throughout. Robyne Bonar in particular went above and beyond in her chasing, perseverance and determination to conclude the sale even when at times it felt as though it was not going to happen. We can absolutely recommend this company based on our experience. Thank you for everything.

Highly recommend.- 22nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny
22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)repeatedly called by this team over the last 7 days, each time I state I am not David and ask them to remove my number from their directory. I then block the number and low and behold they call from a different number. so irritating when a number has clearly been transposed on their forms. find an estate agent that can call the right person is my suggestion

Since the beginning of our negotiations we felt things were a bit strange… But as we really liked the house we decided to still move forward. After awkward beginning we got a call saying that we got the House. We were extremely happy. We them hired solicitors, got our mortgage approved and we were just waiting for the probate. After 1.5 months of our offer being accepted, we received one call saying that they were very sorry but there was another offer (sounding like it was a done deal for the other bidder.. yes it became an auction we believe..) Long story short, even after saying that we would potentially rase our offer to still keep the house, they never came back to us so we could only imagine that they for some reason chose who is buying their houses… At least for us this seemed very evident. With our mortgage ready/approved, investment positions withdrawn and solicitors hired. Big ££ loss will all that on top of the terrible experience… Ps: By the way the house was out of market as it was marked as Sold…
