1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)The Property Store provided great support and experienced advice in a very professional manner. The entire marketing and sales process was very proficient and speedy and I was amazed that the property was surveyed and advertised within a couple of days and incredibly sold within the week. The staff kept me well informed along the way on our progress. I can confidently recommend them.
22nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Borderline illegal sales tactics. The sales team lie about fake offers put into properties to try and increase your offer. Twice I was advised of higher “offers” that had been received and that I just needed to increase my offer a little bit more. Spoke with my solicitor who confirmed there were no other offers. Spoke with Clyde who advised these were “verbal” offers and the solicitor wouldn’t be aware of them!? Pulled my offer out of principal and lack of trust with the Clyde team. The property I was trying to buy now remains on the market unsold. I doubt the owner is even aware as to why we actually pulled the offer.
20th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Absolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.

12th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Atrocious and unprofessional business. Any decent landlord would avoid like the plague, tenants beware. To future tenants, we made the mistake that not every complaint or conversation was written or recorded at the beginning of the tenancy, if you have to use this company I urge you must only recieve email correspondence from them so you have your own back. The owner is extremely confrontational, rude and arrogant, you will regret not listening to this advice. Our flat had debt (from previous tenants) of over £150 in the gas meter that we were not told about and had to pay ourselves. When my roommate was moving out, the owner phoned her and badmouthed me to warn her about who she chooses to live with for no reason. We found a large bag of needles and drug paraphernalia in the kitchen (they do not charge for finding a tenant, in other words for they put anyone in these flats!). Exposed pipes that sporadically froze throughout winter leaving us with no running water were not properly repaired until 3 months later. None of the walls were insulated and heating it was like throwing money down a hole, all of the windows were wrongly fitted and draughty. Our shower was left leaking into the business below for weeks. We complained multiple times in person about the mould problem and how freezing cold the house was but nothing would ever get fixed or it would get 'looked at' and then forgotten about. Anything wooden or leather turned green and mouldy in the flat, anything metal will rust and start to corrode and pit, we found out our mattress and countless of my clothes were ruined as well when moving and we hadn't even lived there for two years. If you were unlucky enough to catch the owner she would patronisingly tell you that there is no problems in the flat and that they fall on us as tenants, you will be told to leave windows open 24/7 in winter due to mould and heat the house 24/7 in a cost of of living crisis with no insulation. In the end we decided to stop complaining about anything at all because we didn't have the time or energy to deal with the owner or constantly nag her agents. I am sure the only type of landlords who willingly use Countrylet are ones who are happy to sit and get their rent every month whilst doing nothing and hearing nothing about the property. We were advised to seek for damages from citizens advice but we would rather run a mile from this company as soon as possible to save our sanity.

9th Jun 2019 (4 years ago)Do not trust this company. We dealt with the previous iteration of the owners company and are now being left to clean up their mess. We should have gotten rid of them sooner.... leaving this review in the hope that other landlords won’t have to deal with the loss of over £2000 in rental payments plus the stress of figuring out what to do with our tenant now... even with the loss of rent I still may have left a good review if Amanda and Craig has worked with us to help figure things out (or even provide the tenants details) but the only response to any communication that we have is to essentially gloat that their old company doesn’t exist and there is no recourse for us. Pretty poor behaviour for a human being never mind a business owner.

24th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I am not one who usually writes reviews online but my experience with Property Bureau (Airdrie) has annoyed me so much that I felt compelled to and also to warn other Buyers/Sellers about the experience that happened to us. As we were purchasing a home Property Bureau Airdrie was selling, we decided an easy option would be to sell our property with Property Bureau Airdrie also, the Agent had a good knowledge of the area and gave us confidence that she could sell our home quickly. She returned with the paperwork and took photographs of our property, which we reviewed before they were posted online, within a month our property was sold. I am writing this review to warn others of what we were advised to do by Property Bureau Airdrie, as we had not much experience of selling a property for some time (We had lived in our existing property for 13 years) we went with their advice. The agent advised that the current trend was to leave all white goods when selling a property, both my partner and I were not happy about leaving a washing machine that was less than a year old and a dishwasher that was merely six weeks old but we went with the Agents advice and when we sold the property we left all white goods as instructed by the Agent. This was a big mistake, when me moved into our new property, the white goods in which we inherited were absolutely disgusting, the washing machine had black mould growing within the drawer of the machine and within the drum, we had do dispose of the washing machine (Which cost us £20) and purchase a new washing machine at a cost of £230 in which we had to wait almost two weeks for delivery. The fridge freezer was also disgusting, it took a complete day to clean and still to this day we have not used the freezer compartment, again we purchased a new chest freezer to tide us over until we update the kitchen completely. We have tried to complete compensation for the new washing machine but have been told that this would be a complete waste of time, another point, when seeking legal representation when purchasing/selling a property through Property Bureau Airdrie, choose your own and don’t go with legal firm that they advise.
