18th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

6th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)My partner and I had nothing but bad experiences from Crook & Blight. We were desperate to get into the property we had been accepted as my partner has a very important surgery in a week and we wanted to be in our first property together. However, Crook & Blight did absolutely everything to prevent this from happening. They were very poor with their communication, they had every excuse under the sun for not letting us in which included staff having annual leave and basic gas and electric checks not being certified which meant they couldn’t guarantee the properties safety even though we had already agreed to move. We pushed them to the point where we said we would clean the property ourselves instead of the landlord hiring a professional cleaner but even then there was no movement. We were then told the landlord has rescinded our application and that we would no longer move in. My partner and I are both autistic and this was particularly distressing as well as the lack of support from the estate agents to help us find a home pre surgery. I would recommend you stay as far away from Crook & Blight as possible.

We are extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and attitude that Smooth Move have shown us. Highly recommended!- 10th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)I would give -0 if I could The worst estate agents I have dealt with. Unprofessional people are working there and only care about taking your money. They don't care about repairs or any other issue you have with the property They use EVERY possible excuse to make YOU pay for things that you are not supposed to by using LIES. Especially when you leave the property they make sure they keep a BIG chunk of your deposit to refurbish the property on your expenses ???? Whether you are a landlord or a tenant: Avoid like the plague??

Always happy to help and responded quickly to queries, even went the extra mile to pass on important information to the purchaser after the sale had gone through - highly recommend!

2nd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)We put our house on the market with a view to downsize. Hathways came in at our request, took the pictures, did the measuring and arranged for a hear test. Within a few days of being on the market, we had a call to say someone wanted to view it. It was at that point the reality of the situation hit home and my wife decided that after 40 odd years here, she could not give it up. We took it off the market and Hathways were very understanding about it, made no charges against us. Hathways acted in an exemplary and highly professional manor for which we are very grateful and would recommend anyone to use their services. Thank you Hathways.

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
