18th Jun 2026 (1 day ago)After a difficult start to our selling journey with another agent, we found our saving grace with Parkmans, particularly Erin, Claire and Emily. Parkmans are an absolutely amazing team, very thorough, brilliant at communication as provided us feedback after every viewing in a timely manner and kept us updated regarding our sale at every step of the way. Given this was our first sale of a property and didn’t really know what to expect, Erin and Claire talked and supported us through every single step which definitely made the process a lot more reassuring and smoothing. They were also there to listen to our worries and queries which helped eased the stress of selling. They were very kind and understanding which helped as selling can be very stressful! Erin is amazing, extremely professional and knowledgeable of her role. She is also really friendly, proactive and respectful. She definitely made this process a lot smoother and eased a lot of our worries. I would recommend anyone to list their property with Parkmans as they are an extremely hard working team and really try to get you the best for your property.

Professional and great at getting people through the doors, he was available when I needed him, including on weekends and as on top of chasing the buyer and following things up. Having dealt with a few estate agents during the process of moving house who were nowhere near as competent, I would firmly recommend Red Dragon.

Caroline helped my sister and I get our new apartment in West London and we couldn’t be happier - a very smooth process, a user-friendly app for paperwork purposes and above all, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to guide us through the whole transaction. We viewed and moved in within 10 days - highly recommend. Thanks so much Caroline!
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)The best estate agents in Cardiff! I recently completed a sale with Kelvin Francis and could not recommend them enough! We had used 2 other estate agents prior to instructing Jan and his team and it really was third time lucky. The sale was long and complex due to factors out of everyone’s control and due to living overseas this was extremely stressful however Jan, Mark and the wider team constantly communicated with us, always chasing the chain, acting proactively and always had our best interest at heart. I honestly cannot thank the team enough for helping us navigate our way through the sale and would highly recommend anyone that is looking to buy or sell to use Kelvin Francis. Thank you so much to you all!

We felt they prioritised us as the customer and their experience and knowledge shone through from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.

A special shout out to Lydia who was always on hand to answer any questions, relay information and support in getting the sale over the line! Highly recommend

9th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.

Kinga consistently kept us informed at every stage of the process, providing regular updates and ensuring we always knew what was happening. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel much smoother. What stood out most was her friendly and down-to-earth nature. She was always polite, approachable, and willing to answer any questions we had, no matter how small.
