19th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .
14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)What an awful experience I’ve had with Mr Homes. Although the team was initially efficient in finding a tenant and completing the referencing, everything that followed was deeply disappointing. Communication after the contract was signed became appalling, and the agents demonstrated a clear lack of competence regarding the bond protection process.<br><br>It took the agent 11 days to provide me with a copy of the contract, despite repeated requests. This delay meant the bond protection had to be completed at the last minute. Instead of acknowledging their own failure to supply the required information, they sent me a threatening, legally?worded email, which was entirely inappropriate given the circumstances.<br><br>Despite this, I remained patient and attempted to work with them to resolve the issue.<br><br>Despite this, I remained patient and attempted to work with them to resolve the issue. It became apparently that the agent simply could not understand how the bond protection process works, so the CEO became involved.<br><br>Unfortunately, the CEO’s involvement made matters worse. He spoke to me on the phone in a patronising, condescending and dismissive manner, clearly assuming I was ignorant of the process and showing no awareness of the events leading up to his involvement.<br><br>While the agent’s mistakes could be attributed to inadequate training, the CEO’s prejudicial demeanour and belittling tone reflect a deeper cultural problem within the organisation, one that cannot be resolved through training alone.<br><br>Update: I have submitted a formal complaint with supporting evidence. The delays referenced in the CEO’s response were caused by the company not providing the tenancy agreement for 11 days post contract execution, despite repeated requests. All statements in this review are supported by email and call logs.

From the initial valuation to the day of completion it’s been a pleasure to have him by our side. Communication has been outstanding, nothing was ever too much trouble, evening viewings accommodating around our work schedule and securing wonderful buyers, I can’t imagine another estate agent going above and beyond like Steve did for us. 9th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.
4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Next Home have been amazing in the sale of our home. From the initial valuation and property photos with Adam, to the viewings and everything else with Stacey and Lesley. Communication is brilliant, they are very flexible with the times of appointments and Stacey responds so promptly. We had a tight turn around to sell due to finding a property we loved, and they helped us so much. Would definitely recommend to anyone ??
