She kept us updated ,explained everything in detail and very professional. Our mortgage was approved within few days which expedited the whole buying process. She also ensured with got the best mortgage deal. Alana Docherty/ Allen and Harris provided excellent mortgage services and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
10th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)I have requested a home report 4 times now for a house via Rightmove and there has been no response. I have also messaged via Instagram and no response again. Before the house had been put to a closing date i had requested to view l and this has been ignored.
18th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

From start to finish, she was professional, proactive, and genuinely caring. Fiona kept us informed every step of the way, always responding quickly to our questions and chasing things up when needed. Her calm manner and reassuring attitude made a huge difference during some particularly challenging moments. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to keep everything moving smoothly. What really stood out was her dedication and personal touch — she truly cared about getting us into our new home and easing the pressure along the way. We always felt we were in safe hands. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fiona to anyone looking for an estate agent who is knowledgeable, reliable, and wholeheartedly committed to her clients. Thank you again for everything!
24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.

It is undoubtably true that moving house is one of the most stressful things that you can do, but I can say that Eilidh and the team went above and beyond to assist us and make the process as smooth as possible. 25th Feb 2026 (7 days ago)The agent was excellent in all aspects , it was a sale with some technical hitches which neither the estate agent, lawyer or ourselves could have predicted - the first agreed buyer pulled out of sale just a few days before exchange of contract - this caused extra expensive and acceptance a much reduced offer Disappointed by first buyer

2nd Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Joe and his Team were a delight to deal with. They made the whole experience of selling our cottage easy. Their professionalism, knowledge and efficiency was first class. Joe was extremely helpful, patient and took a lot of the stress out of the process.
