14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

19th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty
26th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.
11th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)If you need a credible, reliable and accountable estate agency service then look no further than Savills Glasgow. Peter and his team know what they are doing and provide the standard of service you would expect from a company at this level, easily. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will certainly use them again in any property sale or purchase.

11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)The staff here are superb.....friendly, helpful and professional. They are polite and non-intrusive, and not pushy. We have purchased land through Waterside, and most recently, sold our home. We had our first viewing arranged the day before our house actually went on the market and 3 offers within 2 days. The process was smooth and efficient, and should we ever buy or sell on the Dunoon/Kilmun area again....we'd use Scott and his Waterside colleagues again. Thanks guys Moira & Brian T

Unfortunately, he acted for my now X wife and was not successful in securing the death penalty……mind you, it was only for D&D and she did get banned. Oh…he was defending her…..oops.
10th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)This is the 3rd time i have used Neill Clerk. I trust them every step of the way ,advising on all the steps to take from home report to valuation and marketing to viewings . Also on purchasing another property in every aspect to the final stages of buying . They do all the work so nothing to worry about .
