14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

19th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty
26th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.

Peter and his team know what they are doing and provide the standard of service you would expect from a company at this level, easily. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will certainly use them again in any property sale or purchase.

24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.
21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Niall and Olivia have been brilliant from the start, as a new landlord they have helped me navigate all of the rules and regulations and have made the whole process of taking over my properties to manage a total breeze, they are always prompt in replying to my emails and nothing is ever too much, definitely takes the stress out of what I thought would be a very stressful time, can't fault them in any way and i would highly recommend using them, you won't regret it ????

In my opinion you wont get any better representaion in selling your property. I have tried the rest , now I believe I have tried the best.

Unfortunately, he acted for my now X wife and was not successful in securing the death penalty……mind you, it was only for D&D and she did get banned. Oh…he was defending her…..oops.

He holds nothing back in telling you the real deal when it comes to property and mortgage advice. His guidance when it comes to the property market in Edinburgh has been invaluable. Do not miss out on the chance to use Cox & co's mortgage broker service or for investing in buy to let property.

From the start, they were incredibly helpful and always gave honest advice. Their knowledge and professionalism were obvious, and they consistently provided valuable insights on the buying process in Scotland, which is slightly different from England. Our first thoughts were they are a good local estate agents after viewing a couple of properties with them. When we found our dream home, we were delighted it was being sold through them. What really stood out was their responsiveness. Nicola, Pam, and Morven always got back to us quickly, ensuring we never felt out of the loop. Even when one was unavailable, they all seemed to know exactly what was happening with the purchase. This level of communication was reassuring and made a huge difference throughout the process. 5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
