26th Mar 2022 (3 years ago)I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.

I cant fault them at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again they will be my first port of call.

9th Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)We recently used countrywide to sell our late dad's house in Erskine. We dealt with Christopher and Megan mostly and both were extremely pleasant and professional. They always answered our calls and answered any questions we had during the sale. I would highly recommend them.

18th Jan 2025 (14 weeks ago)Received an extremely condescending voicemail from some member of staff about an offer I made. It was totally unacceptable to say "it was like you to offer lower than the home report". Seemed to rant on for a few minutes about it and to be honest I was just taken aback by her rudeness. I would definitely not recommend this agent for selling or buying if that is the attitude of staff.

14th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)We moved one week ago and I have given time for the dust to settle before writing this review; however I still feel it would be inaccurate for me to give more than one star. As the buyer you definitely feel you are not as important as the seller. Having viewed in August and being unable to view our property again till the day after missives were concluded added to the stress of the move. We haven't considered reaching out to them regarding some issues we've had since moving in to the property as they had no intention of helping us throughout the process. Possibly a good agent for the seller though.
