30th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Recently purchased a property at auction with Hammer Price Homes. I was a little sceptical first about buying a property via an online auction but was really surprised and happy about how easy it was. I liked the transparency of the auction and felt that it tested what the actual market value of the property was rather than the usual process of placing offers through an estate agent. The additional benefit was that we had time to arrange a mortgage. We had 3 months following the auction to complete and Michael at Hammer Price was great to guide us through the process and answer any questions. We completed 2 weeks ago and have began renovations on our new house last week!
13th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Pegasus sold my parents property in a very difficult time. My father was in hospital after having a stroke and we had been told he would be in a wheelchair. Nick from Pegasus was respectful of our circumstances and absolutely brilliant. Even after my father returned home and had to sleep in the lounge they were very understanding about how difficult it was to get out. I highly recommend Nick & Peter and would not have wanted to deal with anyone else in the circumstances. A fantastic independent Estate agent that genuinely cares about your circumstances.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex
28th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Walked in to discuss a bungalow they had for sale, whilst in workwear. Had one word answers whilst being looked up and down by a snotty guy. They need to not judge books by covers.
3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)They offer competitive rates, very helpful & responsive about marketing, updated promptly after viewing, advice on offers were sound, they managed 4 post offer journeys involving difficult chain management. They are a great supportive and sympathetic team. Highly recommend Charles Peck for Sales and Lettings.

1st Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)I was purchasing a property some time ago through them, I was a first time buyer and pregnant. They knew the vendor was selling privately behind my back and this agent kept me hanging there right until the process had gone through. I happened to call and said I’d just signed some of the last documents and sent them to the solicitors where they informed me the seller had pulled out (shouldn’t they have called me?) I since found out the vendor gave them a settlement for keeping me on the back burner in case the private buyer pulled out. Very unethical, to add on top I was 6 months pregnant by this point and had to find somewhere else VERY quickly to have my newborn.

29th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

My sale was particularly protracted, but Strutt & Parker supported me every step of the way and ensured that the sale came to a successful conclusion, despite a number of setbacks caused by a related sale further up the chain. It was only the care and attention that Strutt & Parker took that ensured the sale kept on track. Wonderful service.

I look forward to buying a house through them in the future! Charles has been really helpful and I haven’t felt any pressure or pushiness from them unlike other companies I have used previously.
