2nd Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I have been dealing with the Ladies at Simms Williams in Walberton for nearly a year trying to buy the property of my dreams. Though out the whole stressful process, from the first viewing who was a Saturday girl and knew every little detail about the property to Louise who is the Sales Progressor, I was kept up to date at every stage of the purchase, was given good news and bad but after a year we finally got to the finish line and this would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the staff at Simms. I would most definitely recommend this Estate Agents. 5 Star Service.

This is often not an easy matter. It requires dealing with a lot of small issues and processes. An excellent example of good property management.

Beyond their expertise and professionalism, Jonathan and his team were amicable and kind throughout our search for a coastal property. All our questions were answered with in-depth knowledge and explanations and we were kept informed at every stage; we cannot recommend them highly enough.

6th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!
2nd Apr 2023 (1 year ago)I was on the market for a long time with another agent with limited results. The guys at Cubitt and West put together a new plan with a 28 day timescales and followed through on everything! I cannot recommend them high enough! Thank you!
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
