18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Helping our son buy his first property was a really good experience for all concerned. Our son works long house so we handled the whole process on his behalf. Having not sold or bought a property for many years, it felt a bit daunting launching into the property market again. Jamie at Robert Luff EA made the whole experience so easy for us. He kept us updated and chased solicitors as and when at different pressure points. He was the perfect 'go between' for us and the seller, which enabled us to negotiate some furniture to be left at the property. He was so friendly and spoke in a language we could all understand; none of the 'in house' property speak!! The whole team have been fantastic from start to finish, making what can be a stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>A special mention to Pete and Nick, who have both been absolutely brilliant. Market conditions were not particularly easy, but the team identified a buyer and worked hard to ensure that timely progress was made.<br>Joel is very professional and efficient and manages the team well, ensuring that everything stays on track. The team is also very professional, friendly and helpful. They handled the viewings well for us, consulted us regularly and kept us well-informed.<br>And a special mention must go to Karen, an experienced estate agent who has recently joined the team. Joel specifically asked her to prioritise progress-chasing for us when unexpected delays at the buyers' solicitors threatened to slow things down and she was absolutely excellent, chasing in an unfailingly courteous but terrier-like way. She was also friendly, efficient and cheerful - a real pleasure to work with.<br>All in all, a very positive experience with a professional and friendly team whom we would not hesitate to recommend.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

I understand this is a relatively new role within Graham Butt, and I honestly cannot emphasise enough what a fantastic addition it is.<br><br>Laura has gone above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors, communicating with everyone involved in the chain and keeping me updated. She has been incredibly approachable, patient and reassuring, particularly during the more stressful stages of the process.<br><br>Having someone dedicated to progressing the sale and keeping everyone informed has made such a difference. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They were never too busy to share thoughts and info on our way forward and never put any pressure on me.
