If they tell you that they are going to do something, they do it, it's always easy to speak to one of the team & they are always helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend using their services, as they understand the local market extremely well.

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)From the first contact, Ben Green was clear, informative, knowledgeable and reassuring. The whole team were friendly, understanding and very efficient. All services provided were excellent. I would definitely recommend to anyone selling a property in this area.
15th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)They posted the house and for the 12 weeks we had the house with them we didn’t hear anything back from them, except when we contacted them. We had no weekly updates or advice from them as to why we only had 1 viewing in the 12 weeks.

Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring at every stage, which made everything feel much more manageable. Steve, the mortgage advisor, was equally impressive. His extensive knowledge really stood out, and he was always willing to help and explain things in a way that made sense. Combined with his great communication, it made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Overall, a highly professional and supportive team that I’d happily recommend.

22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

17th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Be sure to get as much information about the property before accepting a tenancy agreement with this agency. It was never mentioned during the viewing, only after moving into the property did we find out there was an oil tank on the premises that needed to be refilled twice a year at our cost. A costly surprise!

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
