We interviewed over 10 different agents before deciding to go with Wooton as they seemed to be the most straightforward, honest, trustworthy and reliable. We were not wrong. They made the whole process very easy and stress free, so approachable always available to answer any questions we had. Both houses sold very quickly. Our own house was sale agreed in 3 days from going live and completed in only 10 weeks, achieving a good price. Thank you.

1st Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Shannon from the start was brilliant, she explained everything, and I would highly recommend her for the future viewings. Caroline who showed us around was also very good. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of service from Pittis estate agents.- 6th Nov 2024 (20 weeks ago)We've had a tough time looking for a new property. Even the estate agent we are selling with couldn't be bothered to send us any details before they were posted on Rightmove. Not at Pittis. As soon as I registered interest in a property with them, Kiri & Ross worked hard to suggest more to me. They had me in to view 2 properties before anyone else. Viewings were done in a very professional manner and we felt like our feedback was taken on board. Although we didn't end up buying through Pittis we will definitely be using them to sell for us in the future.

13th May 2021 (3 years ago)Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all.
