4th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)At our first meeting with Christina she provided an accurate assessment of the property value. She forecast how she thought the sale would proceed and provided a value which was less than a competitor and was realistic. Christina dealt and reasoned with both sides of the differences throughout the process. All viewings were undertaken by Haybrook. Christina expedited the conclusion of the sale with her local knowledge which was an absolute god send. I think its always worth getting a few valuations but Haybrook is the one I would highly recommend. Thank you for all your help and assistance.

They were always there when I needed them and always returned my calls.- 12th May 2022 (1 year ago)Brilliant experience all round. Very professional yet friendly and got the job done quickly and effectively. I felt 100% confidence leaving all the arrangements in their hands. I sold within the first week for more than my asking price. Very grateful for their expertise. Would highly recommend!

Thereafter, there communication and constant updates have guided us through the minefield of selling our home. We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
