21st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having approached 3 estate agents to value the property I was most impressed by the work undertaken from the outset by Steven Goff. Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.

16th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)This is the second time we have used Bloor; we didn't use them last time, but we did use them the time before that (read between the lines about the last one...). Same as the first time - competitively priced, sensible valuation, and quick to find us a buyer. We went on the market, got the asking price, and completed within 10 weeks. Neal, Joanne and Rachel are all very professional, very helpful and bent over backwards when we needed them to. Cannot recommend highly enough - we probably won't move again, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Bloors again.

Kerry, Dean and Olivia have been amazing from start to finish! As first time buyers with a fair few challenges (solicitors going into administration 3 weeks before completion)they were at the end of the phone for each and every breakdown I had along the way! I could write reasons all day why they have been so fantastic! customer support is second to none! nothing is too much trouble, they went above and beyond in every way possible! They deserve all the recognition in the world and we will be forever grateful! THANK YOU! ??

Their attitude with their clients is extremely commendable. This is the second time we have used this agent, and feel they are highly recommendable to anyone who is considering either buying or selling.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We used Lincoln Ralph for both our sale and purchase recently, they were fantastic from our first meeting for our valuation through to completion. When our purchase fell through, Anthony was amazing and helped us find our forever home, one we wouldn’t have found without his help. All his team are friendly and very professional whilst still being approachable. Michael was our main contact Nothing was too much trouble whether it was a question regarding our sale or purchase. 3rd Mar 2026 (29 days ago)Couldn’t recommend EweMove and Shaz highly enough. We decided to use Shaz to sell our house after losing out on a purchase where he was the agent because of how well he came across. He subsequently assisted us by advising on how best to improve our property before sale before we had agreed to use EweMove. During our sale process a bid we had accepted dropped out, and so we had to go back to market, and we also had two house purchases fall through after survey meaning our new buyer was required to hold on while we secured another property. During this whole process Shaz helped us on the buy side with calibrating our offers and adjustments including following challenging survey findings, and on the sell side managed the marketing and buyer side brilliantly to ensure we secured a reliable buyer at the price we wanted and our ultimate buyer remained engaged despite considerable delay given our two collapsed purchases. I don’t believe moving into the property we are now in would have been possible without Shazs assistance.

From the very start, Becky has been particularly brilliant, she has been super helpful, proactive, and always quick to respond and give me a call for any updates. The team guided me through the process, and once everything was decorated and ready to be on the market, a tenant was found within just one day of going live! I have been really pleased with the service so far and would highly recommend!
17th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We entrusted Lewis with handling viewings of our home while we were away on holiday, and had an offer agreed before we returned from our travels. What followed was a long and complex chain, full of challenges and more twists than a soap opera. There were several points where it genuinely felt like everything might fall apart, and I truly believe that without Lewis’s persistence and dedication in the end, the sale would have collapsed at the final stage—wasting months of time, money and effort for everyone involved. Lewis went above and beyond to ensure our sale progressed, even when the other agents in the chain were unhelpful and ineffective with acting on issues at their end—which, in fact, were the root cause of the delays and potential chain collapse. He took it upon himself to chase and manage those parts of the chain, (despite not representing those clients), simply to keep everything moving and ensure we could exchange and complete on time. He is incredibly hardworking and clearly passionate about what he does. We received emails as early as 5am and had calls and updates well into evenings, showing just how committed he was to getting everything over the line—even at his own expense. Thank you again Lewis, for your dedication and perseverance. We know this wasn’t an easy one for you, and we’re truly grateful for all the effort you put into securing our sale.
