Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ms Taylah Ripley, of Blundell's Estate Agents, Woodseats, was extremely helpful throughout our search for a property to let. We had previously enquired about a property, which proved to be unsuitable for us. Ms Ripley subsequently telephoned and brought the availability of another property to our attention. Ms Ripley arranged a viewing for us very quickly. She was always friendly, helpful and highly professional and went out of her way to provide us with every possible assistance throughout the process of arranging the tenancy. We are very grateful to her.
11th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)I recently purchased my first property from William H Brown Crystal Peaks and had a great experience from start to finish. The end to end process was only 12 weeks from us viewing the house to completing and moving in! A special mention to Erin who dealt with us right from the beginning and made sure everything progressed quickly and efficiently. She was always very responsive and helpful and not to mention extremely polite and kind! I would definitely recommend William H Brown for anyone looking to sell or buy a house!

We’ve let our property with this branch for over 9 years now and every time we get a new the tenant in the branch sorts it all hassle free for us. This time Sienna looked after us really well, speedy and accurate communications getting our property turned around asap. We couldn’t have asked for more.

12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Martin and Co., especially Paul and Reema, have been amazing in our sale process. From hitting the market, to agreeing the sale of our house at the top of our desired range, it took two weeks. The photos, 360 tour, and whole package was excellent, they positioned our house fantastically to get the right buyers through the door. We could not be happier with their support!

Saxton Mee helped me at every stage holding my hand throughout the process . Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough . The team is very professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to understand what we wanted and arranged great viewings. Eric explained everything clearly—from layouts to locations to the buying process, and always looked out for our best interests. He was reliable, efficient, and quick to solve any issues. The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. 7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
15th May 2026 (30 days ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

21st May 2025 (1 year ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.
