The whole process was professional and friendly, with very good communication and prompt action. They demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market in general, and the area specifically, as well as the complex new legislation, which was reflected in an excellent Tenancy Agreement. Compared with several other Agents we have had experience of, Blundells are head and shoulders better than the rest. 10/10

They made sure the process was as smooth as possible and kept me up to date on any issues and delays. I had quick responses to all of my questions and they really helped relieve any anxiety. 3rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. We paid a holding deposit and later received an email saying the landlord had chosen someone else. The whole experience was frustrating and felt like a waste of time.<br>Communication was very poor. Most of the time when I went to the office, the person who dealt with rentals wasn’t there. When I called, no one answered the phone.<br>What disappointed me the most was that there was no effort to help us after our application was unsuccessful. They could have said, “You’re looking in this area, we have another property nearby that might suit you,” but instead it felt like they just closed the case and moved on.<br>I feel like they are more focused on selling properties than renting them. Overall, I was left very disappointed with the level of customer service and would not recommend this agency based on my experience.- 10th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Blundells Chapeltown have been outstanding in supporting me and my partner throughout our property search. Shadi, the estate agent who conducted our viewing, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. His professionalism and positive approach truly set him apart from any estate agent I’ve dealt with before. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Blundells.
20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Sue, Paul and all the staff at Martin and Co couldn’t do enough for us. There is a reason so many people in whiston and the surrounding area are choosing this fabulous company as they are a cut above the rest. Every interaction we had from start to finish was handled with dignity, respect and a friendly person at the other side. This was a delicate subject for us as we were selling a house that has been family owned for 90 years. Paul came and valued the house sat with us and had a chat and explained the process to us, something we’ve never experienced before having two previous estate agencies value the property. A wonderful lady came to take the photos which she did so brilliantly and comforted us when we got upset which again is that extra touch you want from a friendly firm. We had an offer for full asking the same week and completed soon after. We were kept up to date through every possible update. When our probate solicitor through a spanner in the works Paul went above and beyond to help us prove what the property was actually worth when it was valued originally which ended up saving us paying Capital gains tax. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. A very happy customer

Saxton Mee helped me at every stage holding my hand throughout the process . Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough . Choose Saxton Mee for a safe professional and guided sale .

The entire team are very attentive throughout the entire process to keep things progress and were incredibly friendly.<br><br>Thank you in particular to Emily throughout the valuation and listing process - she was absolutely the reason I chose to list with Haybrooks.<br><br>And a very special thank you to Fynn who became the best point of contact throughout the viewing and then sale process. He always knew what was happening, went out of his way to get things moving when there were bottlenecks and was a genuine joy to work with throughout the entire process.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. Thank you to Daniel and the team for making the process so straightforward.
7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
15th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We was on the market last year for 7 months with a different estate agent and couldn’t sell our house. With Lincoln Ralph, sold in two days at the asking price. The whole team, Michael, Anthony, Graham, Nikki- absolutely outstanding. We have a stable future thanks to this team, a good estate agent makes a difference and honestly if they asked me to pay double I would have done it! Special thank you to Michael, who single handed kept our chain running and moving forward. He made sure others stuck to deadlines, constantly chasing them to get a move on. He would explain things even our solicitors wouldn’t - and never made me feel like a single question was a stupid one (yes, I asked a lot of stupid questions). Our future family, my wife, our upcoming baby all appreciate him and the team. Amazing work guys, I will never ever forget to a different estate agent in future

21st May 2025 (1 year ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

22nd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We first worked with Jordan at Ready Steady Move when we let out our house, and later came back to sell it. The tenants she found looked after the property really well, and when it came to selling, the marketing was excellent - great photos, a brilliant advert and plenty of exposure.<br>It ended up being a particularly long and challenging sale, with several buyers dropping out or causing problems, but Jordan kept going, filtered out time wasters, negotiated offers up to where we wanted them and never gave up on finding the right buyer. Looking back, we've realised there's often a lot going on behind the scenes that you don't always see.<br>Selling a house can be stressful for everyone involved, but we're grateful for Jordan's persistence and hard work in finally getting us over the finish line. We'd happily recommend Ready Steady Move.
