5th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I went for viewing with David and I have to say he is really welcoming , friendly and has all the information that any tenant would require to know. Contrary to my other experiences in Sheffield with letting agents David was really nice.

My partner has been ringing and ringing and emailing regarding 2 rental properties for a week maybe alittle longer and no reply. Now we've had to apply for another property with another estate agents because we need to get moved for our start dates. Don't bother with this place if you're looking to rent.
7th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I would have given 0 star if I could. I rented property through them and I have not got my deposit back. They never helped or supported. Also the property was in mess with leak and mould. If you are looking for property to rent or buy there are lot of options and agency where you would get support please do not risk your money by renting or buying through them. They will never assist or help. I had to go legally and got my money back. Poor service

We have found them to be very professional but at the same time friendly and will explain any jargon that we come across that we do not understand. They have provided us with QQ reports, surveyors reports for purchasing and selling properties and have advised us several times. I would recommend this company

Paul was very pleasant, and realistic about what to market my property at, and discussed the best strategy to sell. The pictures were great and very thorough. Sharon kept me up to date with the process and was always lovely on the phone, and she regularly made contact with both myself and the buyer. I would very much recommend New Oak Estates to those house hunting and selling, and if i move house again I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again
