29th May 2026 (16 days ago)We unfortunately needed to transfer to another PM due to them shutting down and were referred to BRH (blessing in disguise), we've been with them for 4 years and I can honestly say they were highly likely the best referral out of the other options we had for the area. It started with a call with Carl Agar who gave us the assurances from their establishment and how long they have been around for which then made me comfortable to sign with them. Ever since then we only got the best guidance and solutions suited to our plans. Along that journey we had their property manager in our care, Amy, who was top-notch through and through. She left and came back which we were so happy about! Alongside them, Carly, who was in the admin team, has now been promoted and I could have easily seen that happening from a mile away or recommended it myself. Carly was always reliable (Happy voice) or accommodating our needs, she always understood, organized and communicated as a landlord would want. Never questioning but answering or providing solutions. How I felt with BRH was even though I knew our portfolio wasn't huge, I didn't ever feel like we were "the little guys." We were treated with care and urgency when needed, and we were never deprioritized. Further along our journey, Georgia took over from Amy and she was on point too, so you can tell they hire only people with the right level of expertise. Our journey needed to come to an end because of circumstances, so it was time for us to sell. BRH assigned Josh to the opportunity who was already introduced to us at that point. So we knew we were in good hands as he always went the extra mile for us, we also reluctantly asked for small favours but they were never questioned but done. But primarily the reason why we still chose to go ahead with BRH for our sale was his expertise and professionalism. The way they evaluate our property and the way they present us to the open market gave us, I felt, the best exposure to achieve our sale. We managed to complete on both the agreed terms and timeline we expected. IF we do ever come back to the market for this area, I would be happy to reach out to BRH again.

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I honestly can’t recommend Hannah Williams (Senior Lettings Negotiator) at William H Brown enough. From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She made the whole process feel so much less stressful because she was always easy to talk to, kept me constantly updated, and replied to my emails so quickly. She truly went above and beyond for us and did absolutely everything she possibly could to help. Unfortunately, due to our own circumstances, we ended up renting through another estate agent, but that had nothing to do with her at all. If anything, I would have chosen that property purely because of how much I enjoyed dealing with her! She is an absolute credit to William H Brown and I really hope she does amazingly well in her career there because she completely deserves it for all of her hard work, professionalism, and fantastic personality.

He was very reassuring when our selling process became a bit protracted and maintained great communications between us and the buyers. This really helped us to feel confident and worry less! Kerry has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions we had. The lady who showed us around the property was also lovely and made the viewing feel relaxed and welcoming. The whole process has been smooth and professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Gates Estates to anyone looking to rent a property.

Saxton Mee helped me at every stage holding my hand throughout the process . Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough . Choose Saxton Mee for a safe professional and guided sale .

I came for a viewing and was shown a flat then went straight to their office and they say the flat is taken and I can have instead some 2x2 room with a microwave in it ?????? Agent in office says there was internal communication of landlord with some other tenant that took the flat and they had no way of knowing before hand but on rightmove they deleted listing and replaced it with the closet one before my arrival which i found suspicious. Bait and switch.

I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. 7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
15th May 2026 (30 days ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

21st May 2025 (1 year ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.

When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.
