25th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Review for Anchor Point Apartment (Sheffield) I had an overall disappointing experience with the management of this property. At the end of the tenancy, I was charged £75 for what was described as “light cleaning,” specifically things like skirting boards, despite the entire apartment being cleaned to a reasonable domestic standard before moving out (vacuumed and surfaces wiped throughout). This felt excessive and unfair, especially after a two-year tenancy where normal wear and tear should be expected. Additionally, during the tenancy, an incident occurred where neighbourhood children broke a table, and this was reported. Unfortunately, there was a complete lack of action or follow-up from the management, which was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, the handling of both maintenance concerns and deposit deductions did not feel balanced or tenant-focused. I would advise future tenants to document everything carefully and be prepared for potential disputes at check-out.

Our move took an extremely long time to progress due to the solicitors, but Mel was always happy to help push things along and chase down answers. Mel kept us informed and did everything possible to get everything sorted. She was always a pleasure to speak to and was instrumental in finally getting everything over the line. Thanks Mel!
21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)EDIT: I have since moved out of the property - just wanted to give particular praise to Sienna, who handled nearly all of the associated admin. Always impressively quick to reply, organised, knowledgeable and friendly! Very grateful - as anybody knows moving is a stressful time, so her professionalism and skill was very much appreciated. Blundells acted as the letting agents for the property I am now living in - and every step of the way they were fantastic! Adam squeezed me in for a viewing at the last minute, and helped me every step along the way when I wanted to apply for the property. Claudia handled getting the tenancy up and running incredibly smoothly - everything was done so fast and with great communication throughout. Everyone in the Hillsborough office was lovely and answered all the questions we had about the process. In particular Harrison who showed us around the property and kept checking in during the process to make sure everything was going alright and to give us updates. Highly recommend Reeds Rains for a professional but friendly experience when renting a property!

None of it Blundells fault so they well and truly earned their fee. Thanks again, you put up with so much in those months. Would definitely choose again... Kerry, Dean and Olivia have been amazing from start to finish! As first time buyers with a fair few challenges (solicitors going into administration 3 weeks before completion)they were at the end of the phone for each and every breakdown I had along the way! I could write reasons all day why they have been so fantastic! customer support is second to none! nothing is too much trouble, they went above and beyond in every way possible! 1st May 2026 (4 days ago)I cannot recommend Haybrooks highly enough. All the staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. They arranged many viewings for me and carried these out as I wasn't able to show potential buyers round myself. I was amazed by how many viewings they arranged. They found me so many potential buyers! I was equally impressed with the marketing of my property. I was very happy with the price I got and this was guided by them. I was given regular updates and good advice when needed. After a sale was agreed I had a lot of contact with Tallulah, the Sales Progressor. What a delight she was to work with! She did a fantastic job pushing the sale along and I am so grateful to her for her sound advice and help. Tallulah liaised with my solicitor and the buyer's solicitor and she was instrumental in securing a speedy sale. Thank you to everyone at Haybrooks. It has been a pleasure working with you.

2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)0 stars - I would not recommend this agency We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues. Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions. We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.

21st May 2025 (11 mo. ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.
1st May 2026 (4 days ago)We were buyers, and found the staff at Mallinsons easily contacted, very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing and when we came to purchasing a property, very good at following progress. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
