4th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Had a place in Rotherham town centre, dealing with Carly and Josh specifically at BRH. The moving out report had them trying to charge me for cleaning and damages that were there from the original time of moving in, even when the same damages were they from the day I moved in. Wouldn't recommend as they're job is to get the money from you, and have no further reasoning. From independent adjudication the moving out costs was more than halved than what flatfair and BRH had proposed.
1st Feb 2022 (2 years ago)An easy 5* rating from me. Flawless from start to finish during the sales process. Claire Bayliss dealing with the sale was absolutely fantastic. Providing viewings right from the start and selling the property within a month. I was contacted right the way through the process, both in a friendly and professional manner. Felt at ease right the way through the process. Pennaf will also setup an account for you where you can see exactly where you are in the sales process from start to finish. I highly recommend Pennaf Premier.

Both Michelle and Gregg are amazing and I can’t fault the service received from them. Michelle makes you feel so welcome whenever you speak with her and makes you feel so comfortable too. Amazing team 100% recommend

No for sale board outside for 8 weeks (apparently they forgot) No virtual tour (why would they do that when the house is empty) Um... to help sell my house!! Not informed of feedback. They tried to terminate my contract with them saying I wasn't happy with their service just because I questioned why the above things haven't been carried out as part of the service they offered. They had me literally in tears the way the spoke to me, I've never been spoken to like this in my life! After being in Absolute tears they said they would "keep me on"!! I'm glad to say, I moved swiftly over to Clee who were absolutely amazing, kept me fully informed, kind, caring and sold my house within weeks! Well done Clee

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

3rd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have been living next door to one of their rental houses and their fence has been majorly broken for over a year and hanging into my garden,they say they cannot find anyone to fix it ? I have spoken to your team on many occasions by phone and email. The last person i spoke to was Gregory Williams. Another month, fence still down, will it ever get fixed ?

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately

Sam provides a nonsense approach and is committed to professionalism; a breath of fresh air in the estate agency world of over-valuations and promises! Valuations are prompt and realistic and I regularly recommend Sam to my clients when they are looking at selling.

(17 reviews)5th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
