6th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Myself and my Fiancè cannot thank Jacqui enough for her help. Jacqui has been absolutely amazing. After hearing mine and my partners situation where we lost all of our belongings due to an illegitimate landlord, she went above and beyond to ensure we got the property. After being homeless for a month with nobody seeming to want to help we were losing faith quickly. We were fortunate enough to meet Jacqui who made the entire process completely painless. We now have a home in an extremely desired location and couldn’t be happier. I recommend Curshalls estate agents to absolutely anyone! A fantastic family run business with high morals and fantastic staff. If you’re reading this Jacqui - you really have changed our lives and whilst to you it may seem you’re just doing your job it really has turned our lives back around and we are eternally grateful.
10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Pink move has been purchased by Peter Alan, nobody told me anything. Property has been in the market for 6 weeks with still not sign on the property, zero communication from agency. Thinking to give the property to a different agent.

11th Mar 2017 (7 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.- 17th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Lovely staff- always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend them to anyone who needed an estate agent in this area.

31st Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Absolutely terrible communication throughout our time renting with them, never answer emails or call you back. When it came to leaving the property it was even worse, no explanation from them as to how and when to leave so they ended up charging us more due to there own miscommunication. Then they overcharge for everything at the end of tenancy and make up charges. I wouldn't recommend and would advise you find another company to rent from. They blamed all their mistakes on "the new girl" and they only care about the landlords and the money.

16th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)My experience today exemplifies the poor reputation of estate agents. As a buyer in a strong position, I was astonished that the person at the office appeared to be entirely disinterested in my enquires, and in fact, was very dismissive. Can I come in without a mask - NO (understandable) Can I register for alerts - NO Does your website have an alert function - NO Do you have any properties within my price bracket - NO and you won’t find anything here at that price, it is Mumbles you know (btw - there are several on the market within my price bracket and I already own one property here). Utterly shocking and unforgivable. Just because the market is buoyant, does not mean that my business isn’t important or valuable.
