From start to finish Kelly was excellent kept me well informed on what was going on and if she wasn’t available the onther members of staff were on hand and they didn’t know they would take time to find out. He found us a buyer very quickiy with very little hassle throughout the sale. If ever anything needed doing her team were straight on it and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Kimberley and her team.
11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x
29th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)I would not recommend renting through this letting agency.<br><br>Throughout our tenancy, it consistently felt as though the agency prioritised protecting the landlord’s interests over ensuring their tenants had a safe and habitable home. Whenever problems arose, communication was poor, repairs were repeatedly delayed, and we were left living in unacceptable conditions for months while being refused permission to leave our tenancy early.<br><br>Our problems began as soon as we moved into our ground-floor flat in St Christopher’s Court. All three freezer drawers were cracked, but despite reporting it, only one replacement was provided. We followed this up but were ignored and lived with broken freezer drawers for the entire tenancy. The blinds also offered very little privacy, and when we asked to install a curtain pole in the bedroom, we were immediately told the landlord would not allow it.<br><br>Around two months into our tenancy, we reported ongoing issues with the water pressure, water temperature and a broken en-suite tap. We were initially told there was nothing wrong and invoiced for the call-out charge. Only after providing evidence and having an estate agent visit was the broken tap acknowledged. Despite repeatedly reporting it throughout the year, it was never repaired before we moved.<br><br>The most serious issue began in November 2025 when a major leak developed directly from the shower of the flat above. Despite reporting it immediately, nothing meaningful was done for several weeks because they insisted it was the guttering and wanted to wait for better weather. We had to contact FirstPort ourselves to raise the issue and inspect our flat as nothing had been done.<br><br>The leak spread into our wardrobe, damaging clothes, and we had to use our bath as a wardrobe. No alternative storage was offered. Eventually mould spread throughout the wardrobe and ceiling, and our bathroom light literally fell from the ceiling. The electrician who attended was excellent, repairing the light and cutting a drainage hole so water could safely drain into the shower—something that should have been done much sooner.<br><br>Instead, it felt like the priority was deciding who would pay for the repairs rather than prioritising us the tenants. We lived with this leak for around four months, including mould, damp, repeated electrical trips, our bathroom fan blowing up and water dripping from the ceiling whenever we showered. The conditions became so bad that we reported the property to the council.<br><br>Although the source of the leak was eventually repaired in February, the damage inside our flat remained. Our wardrobe and ceiling were covered in mould, nothing had dried sufficiently for repairs, and our request to leave the tenancy early because the property was no longer reasonably habitable was refused. We were told repairs were being delayed because the landlord was pursuing the upstairs flat regarding liability.<br><br>We eventually had to request a dehumidifier and professional mould clean ourselves—both things we believe should have been arranged automatically. The dehumidifier had to run continuously throughout winter, increasing our electricity bill by around £80 per month. Even then, the first repair simply painted over the damage without fixing it properly and had to be redone.<br><br>After five months, everything was finally resolved. We requested either reduced rent or permission to leave our tenancy early because we had spent months living with damp, mould and ongoing disruption. Both requests were refused. We were told the landlord had already spent too much money on repairs. After repeatedly pushing the issue, the only concession offered was 50% off our final month’s rent. By that point we had already moved into another property because we could no longer tolerate the conditions, meaning we were paying rent on two properties at once.<br><br>Overall, our experience was awful. Problems were repeatedly dismissed, repairs were unnecessarily delayed, and we felt our wellbeing was consistently treated as secondary to protecting the landlord’s financial interests- 6th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very helpful and supportive. We actually sold for more than we expected, which was fantastic! He kept us informed throughout the whole process and was always there to answer my many calls when I was feeling anxious or stressed, always reassuring me.<br><br>Sophia was brilliant with the viewings and kept us updated with any solicitor queries, making everything run as smoothly as possible.<br><br>The service from start to finish was outstanding. Everyone was so easy to get hold of, even outside of normal working hours, and always responsive. Thank you all again—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SA Property to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
27th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible communication and lack of response from emails, My partner had emailed and phoned numerous times in regards to a property to rent and we were sent a questionnaire. Upon filling out said questionnaire we had no response and nothing since despite us emailing and calling again!. Appalling service overall and would not recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out. Many other letting agents wouldn't have bothered to email and would have kept the money to themselves, but White&Jones are not like those others, they have credibility and honour. A property agent you can count on to do you right and not mess you around. Zero issues.

20th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)When I decided to sell my house, I had a few quotes from local agents. Andy at Moving You and his team were by far the front runners. He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.

17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
