They were friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of business. We would highly recommend their services.
28th May 2026 (15 days ago)Called to sell a property on 25/5. Was met with an incredibly arrogant and flippant employee called Alex. Was quoted a fixed fee of £3500 + vat to sell a property worth £80k. A 5% fee. Insane. I walked away.

If ever anything needed doing her team were straight on it and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Kimberley and her team.
11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!

They were great, very friendly and answered any questions that I had.- 6th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Couldn’t be more grateful to Andrea and all the team at Dawsons, during the valuation Andrea arrived with a full put together info pack with no questions left unanswered. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x

No money on Friday and it relied upon me to highlight to the agency that they sent my deposit of more than £1000 to a random person.- 6th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very helpful and supportive. They kept me well informed about viewings and feedback from potential buyers.

27th May 2026 (16 days ago)Absolutely terrible communication and lack of response from emails, My partner had emailed and phoned numerous times in regards to a property to rent and we were sent a questionnaire. Upon filling out said questionnaire we had no response and nothing since despite us emailing and calling again!. Appalling service overall and would not recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out. Many other letting agents wouldn't have bothered to email and would have kept the money to themselves, but White&Jones are not like those others, they have credibility and honour. A property agent you can count on to do you right and not mess you around. Zero issues.

26th May 2026 (17 days ago)I gave Molly the task of selling my house without any stress and she did just that. The thought of viewing after viewing was awful. Molly arranged an open house and sold my house within 2 weeks. She always responded to my message regardless of how ridiculous they were and made sure the whole process went smoothly. I would highly recommend using Molly as your estate agent ??????

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

It’s genuinely refreshing to deal with an estate agency that is organised, transparent, and clearly knows what they’re doing. A big thank you to Brian and Mellissa, who have been fantastic throughout! responsive, efficient, and always clear in their communication. Molly has also been great to deal with, and it’s obvious there’s a strong team behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. The difference in service compared to my previous agent has been night and day. Everything has been handled promptly and properly, without the confusion and lack of clarity I experienced before. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Peter Alan to any landlord looking for a professional and reliable agency.
