1st Feb 2022 (2 years ago)An easy 5* rating from me. Flawless from start to finish during the sales process. Claire Bayliss dealing with the sale was absolutely fantastic. Providing viewings right from the start and selling the property within a month. I was contacted right the way through the process, both in a friendly and professional manner. Felt at ease right the way through the process. Pennaf will also setup an account for you where you can see exactly where you are in the sales process from start to finish. I highly recommend Pennaf Premier.
12th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)
10th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)We were unsure how best to sell our home to achieve the quick sale that we required. Katie from John Francis was great with her valuation and getting a nice listing up on the website. She suggested we sell via the "modern auction method" with their I AM SOLD collaboration. Everything worked very well. There were a few very minor delays on account of some lender issues, but on the whole we were kept well informed by I AM SOLD & Dylan at JF Pontardawe. The price received was a little under the initial valuation but a very fair price overall. The I AM SOLD method gives the buyer impetus to complete in a timely manner, which is mainly a good thing from a seller's perspective. We are very grateful to you all for getting everything sorted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone selling by this method and through this agent. Thank You

A massive thank you to the whole team but giving the biggest thank you to David Wachowski what a guy! So helpful nothing is too much for him very professional and always reassuring. 10/10 for everything from the first call to enquire right till I had the keys.

15th Apr 2024 (5 days ago)Conveyancers are bad, but the biggest problem with home buying and selling in the UK are estate agents, and Peter Alan - Swansea branch are a huge testament to this. Poor communication, drive over 300 miles and stayed a night over to view a property then got a 'phone call' on the morning of the viewing. The phone call mysteriously didn't come thorugh, but rest assured, it "...is showing it went through on our systems" They sent me so many messages and requests to confirm the viewing days before the viewing, why not do the same with people staying at the property...? Also being literally forced to 'qualify' my offer, was also I think boderline illegal trade practie, because it wasn't really qualifying, (sending through bank statements/ID/decision in Principle is perfectly legitamate) no, what this was, is forcing upon me their in-house mortgage broker, I suppose for the fee's they would get Terrible indictment of the estate agent trade

They’ve made the move so much easier considering we couldn’t come and view the place! They are the most friendliest people I’ve ever come across and I couldn’t recommend them enough! If your looking to move I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them!

31st Jul 2023 (8 mo. ago)Absolutely terrible communication throughout our time renting with them, never answer emails or call you back. When it came to leaving the property it was even worse, no explanation from them as to how and when to leave so they ended up charging us more due to there own miscommunication. Then they overcharge for everything at the end of tenancy and make up charges. I wouldn't recommend and would advise you find another company to rent from. They blamed all their mistakes on "the new girl" and they only care about the landlords and the money.

Sam provides a nonsense approach and is committed to professionalism; a breath of fresh air in the estate agency world of over-valuations and promises! Valuations are prompt and realistic and I regularly recommend Sam to my clients when they are looking at selling.

Our journey was not an easy one, as we had a lot of difficulty with our sellers solicitors, but he was there every step of the way. He was as invested in the move as much we were. Supported us from the moment we contacted him, so the moment we completed. Thanks Andy!

The whole process has been stress free, Tom has kept me informed the whole way through and answered the many questions I've had throughout the process.
