(80 reviews)26th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with Dawson Estate agent marina branch Swansea viewing properties for my clients I must say Aysha one of the sales agents was extremely helpful knowledgeable professional and down to earth she took her time to explain everything in great details, I went to the office and they were closed but she was still willing to help me it’s one of the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with, Aysha introduced me to her manager Kelly who was very knowledgeable and pleasant I’m hoping we can close a deal soon I will highly recommend Dawson estate agent marina branch Swansea I would have given more than 5* if it was possible
10th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)We were unsure how best to sell our home to achieve the quick sale that we required. Katie from John Francis was great with her valuation and getting a nice listing up on the website. She suggested we sell via the "modern auction method" with their I AM SOLD collaboration. Everything worked very well. There were a few very minor delays on account of some lender issues, but on the whole we were kept well informed by I AM SOLD & Dylan at JF Pontardawe. The price received was a little under the initial valuation but a very fair price overall. The I AM SOLD method gives the buyer impetus to complete in a timely manner, which is mainly a good thing from a seller's perspective. We are very grateful to you all for getting everything sorted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone selling by this method and through this agent. Thank You

A massive thank you to the whole team but giving the biggest thank you to David Wachowski what a guy! So helpful nothing is too much for him very professional and always reassuring. 10/10 for everything from the first call to enquire right till I had the keys.

12th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Avoid if you are a seller.....In my case... A complete lack of customer care and service. Several emails not responded to. No reduction in fees for overpricing. Its not the value of the property that is the issue it was their tactics to secure my custom. Over valuing properties without local knowledge of the area they are advertising in (in my case). No offer of explanation or apology. Due to complete next week. Personally wouldn't sell through this branch in the future. They’ve made the move so much easier considering we couldn’t come and view the place! They are the most friendliest people I’ve ever come across and I couldn’t recommend them enough! I am a rental landlord I have viewed a large number of properties over the past 14 years and worked with many estate agents. I was very impressed by Megan; she acted with courtesy and great professionalism throughout.
28th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Downsizing is not easy at any age but as time creeps up on you, you find the stress and complications of selling and moving home difficult. Ben and his team helped to take some of the stress out of the process. No sale proceeds as quickly or smoothly as you hope it will. So I was pleased with the support and good advice I was given. I would strongly recommend any people who are maybe not in the best of health or getting on in years to use SA PROPERTY’s services. No high pressure techniques, good reliable advice and prompt response to your concerns.

3rd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have been living next door to one of their rental houses and their fence has been majorly broken for over a year and hanging into my garden,they say they cannot find anyone to fix it ? I have spoken to your team on many occasions by phone and email. The last person i spoke to was Gregory Williams. Another month, fence still down, will it ever get fixed ?
