Nothing was ever any trouble and on the rare occasion that he couldn't be contacted another member of the team was always just as quick and efficient to respond! Always felt comfortable during viewings to ask any questions or just general chit chat! Thanks!

5th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)Can't really fault the representative who did the viewing at short notice, but the description of the property was economical with the truth. There were numerous omissions regarding state of the property internally, and to say it was 'Professionally decorated throughout' was an utter fabrication! If there had been a truthful description of the property we wouldn't have of wasted our time.

With a complicated sale and a desired quick turnaround, the whole team went above and beyond to make the tight time line possible. Highly recommended using John Francis estate agents. Right from the start there was a fair valuation, honesty, advice given and of course, excellent photos. Unfortunately other agents will happily over value with a view to “ bringing it down “ down waste your time with these, head straight to Steff and the team.

After being on the market with a local agent and getting pretty much nowhere in 4 months we decided to go with Fine and Country. Nigel sold our house is 4 days! Everything ran smoothly and Nigel was always at the end of a phone call if I needed him! It was a pleasure having you sell our house and I will recommend you to everyone! One of a kind!
31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
18th Mar 2025 (10 days ago)Helpful, responsive and supportive. I thought that selling a property in west Wales may be less straightforward than where I am based in south-east Wales. The combination of Cardigan Bay and the solicitor (Morgan & Richardson, Cardigan) proved me wrong - which is really pleasing. Emma at Prime Progression was a nice touch - it’s good to know where you are (and that you’re not holding up an eager chain) As with any tradesperson, I find that the test of the ‘pudding’ is ‘would you recommend them to a friend?’. Why wouldn’t I?
