Starting with the initial reassuring consultation with Hazel to Eryls knowledgeable and expert home visit to assess our property and Sian’s first rate supervision of prospective buyer visits. The whole process took only 7 weeks exactly from the day it went on the market to moving out . We HIGHLY recommend CTF to anyone intending to put their property on the market.

18th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Trying to purchase a property and Evans Brothers were the selling agent, I must say, I am glad that as a buyer, I don’t have to pay them as I would not recommend. I find their staff very unhelpful with such an attitude. After being told we would receive calls back, time and time again we were never called back. Told that the vendor did not accept our offer - I highly doubt this was ever put forward to the vendor. We travelled nearly 3 hours to see the property.
4th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)i was very disapointed with morgan and davies no feed back and no effort beign made by them only 2 viewings in 6 monthe changed my estate agent and have had 3 viewing in 1 week plus good feed back for example they give me the name of the people who are viewing the property etc etc where as morgan and davies did not confidentiality according to them what a load of bull i would not recommend this estate agent to anyone very disapointed

This agent doesn't have any reviews- 15th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I have used Morgan & Davies, both Aberaeron and Lampeter offices, several times over the past 21 years and they are, by far, the best in the area. They are efficient, professional and approachable. I wouldn't use anybody else to sell my property.

Our move to Wales ended up being a prolonged and stressful process and, throughout, we knew we could rely on the help and support given by all the staff. If it hadn't been for their tenacity and determination to get us 'over the line', we would still be wondering if a Welsh relocation was even possible!

1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)West Wales properties went above and beyond to sell two properties for me in Carmarthen. They organised all bookings, viewings, and kept me informed and updated constantly making sure that I was happy at every step of the process. Becky did everything that she possibly could to make sure that I was looked after, and was professional at every step. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from somebody.

I spoke to a few agents in the area but feel CBP are head and shoulders above the competition. They’re very current in their thinking and know their customers, both sellers and buyers. The advice I received was reassuring and helpful. The photographs and marketing was superb, and I’m very fussy. It all paid off as my home sold within days to a buyer who is lovely and totally reliable. An excellent service. Highly recommended
