Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.
27th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Their terms are very unclear and charge you regardless of whether they sell your property or not! Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property. I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

They have just sold a property for me which wasn’t straightforward, but the whole process from start to finish was handled really well by the team are Popular Move. From the initial valuation, there was constant communication and updates about the progress of the sale which was professional and still friendly, helping to keep nerves from fraying! Thank you very much too all the team, I will definitely come back next time The upcoming budget
26th Jul 2025 (6 mo. ago)Very poor so far, called and asked for further details on a property to be told that it has an accepted offer. I asked for other details on similar properties and was told that they would be emailed to me and received nothing for weeks. Later to find out that the property I was interested in had no offer and is still available. Given that they had my details they had not called to inform me or offered alternative properties.
27th Jan 2026 (17 days ago)The property market would be a much better place if all estate agents were as good as this branch of John Francis. We immediately loved the only property we viewed with them. The viewing was done by Ellie who is professional and charming. Our move from Bedfordshire was stressful and fraught with complications including unreliable buyers. However, the team in Fishguard, especially Emma, did everything they could to make our dream come true.
30th Jul 2025 (6 mo. ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.

30th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)West Wales Properties have done an excellent job at selling our cottage. They offered sound advice and communicated extremely well. They were quick to respond to any queries and to give feedback from viewings. We would definitely recommend.

23rd Aug 2025 (25 weeks ago)A poor example of an estate agent. Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.- 13th Jan 2026 (4 weeks ago)I am penning this review with utmost happiness. Paul was incredibly understanding of our situation as overseas sellers and kept us updated throughout the entire process, even outside UK working hours. The team guided us every step of the way, organised property photography whilst the property was tenanted, as well as forwarding us scanned copies of the post and bills after the tenant moved out, and organising garden maintenance. Highly professional, supportive, and genuinely easy to work with. Strongly recommended!

She recommended a solicitor who was able to deal with the complex situation and without both of them we wouldn't now be living in our new home in an area we haven't lived in before. She knows her patch and offered information she knew we would need before we realised it. Highly recommended.
