18th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I had to sell my parents property in the area and had no knowledge of the local estate agents, so looked to GetAgent for recommendations. Mitchells were top of the 3 recommended agents in the area and after using them for the sale, I can see why. They have a very good understanding of the local housing market and their valuation was spot-on. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They found an ideal buyer for the property within the first week and kept me informed throughout the whole process. From my own personal experience with Mitchells New Milton, I would not hesitate to recommend them.
9th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

I met three local agents and was impressed with the team at Fells Gulliver. They did everything for me including all viewings and quickly found a buyer. Highly recommend.
