8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)????? Outstanding service from Ed at Knight Frank

We were incredibly impressed with the support, advice, and service we received from Ed throughout the sale of our home. Despite challenging market conditions, he stayed calm, communicative, and proactive from start to finish, always keeping us informed and quick to respond whenever we had questions.

Ed's pricing advice was realistic and well judged, and his marketing of the property really showcased its best features. The team at Knight Frank has excellent knowledge of the local area, which made a real difference in attracting the right buyers and negotiating a successful sale.

Ed made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We would not hesitate to recommend him and would absolutely use him again. Thank you, Ed
11th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Well, where to start!? I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear. We are finally in the house I fell in love with, and Dean has a huge part to play in that. We will be forever grateful.
1st Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Working with Hamptons have been a pleasure from start to finish during our search and purchasing a house. Christopher Hazel in particular deserves a very special mention, he has been as helpful as possible to speed up the purchase with his advice and experience, it has been a pleasure working with him. Hamptons have been first rate in their professionalism, knowledge, assistance and service. Thank you!
26th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill.
I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates.
When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer.
It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date.
I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.
30th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Kate and colleagues were really helpful when selling our home. I would certainly use them again.
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I can't recommend the team at Homes in Alton highly enough. Throughout the whole process of selling our property everyone has been extremely professional, friendly and helpful. A big thanks goes out to everyone, Justin, Thomas, Abby, Nick and I must reserve a special thank you to the amazing Lisa.

It has been a long and stressful process, not only were we relocating away from the area but we also lost our original buyer the day before exchange. The team where so proactive and we had a new buyer within 48 hours and ensured we did not loose the house we were purchasing.

From day one Lisa has worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain moved along as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Keeping us regularly updated, and offered amazing support and advice when at times things became quite stressful. My levels of anxiety would have been much higher if it had not been for Lisa!

Thank you, our new adventure begins and I'm so pleased we chose Homes in Alton to help us achieve it!
25th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Charters was a Great company to work with. Good local knowledge
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having just bought a property with the help of the staff at Byrne and Co I can only rate this operation with full 5 stars.
From the moment I arranged my first viewing to the day of completion there has always been someone, either John or Helen or any of the other staff there, to assist or chase things along.
I would not hesitate to use Byrne and Co again, they seemed to have a very traditional attitude towards customer service that in my experience is so much more effective that the "corporate" agents that I have dealt with in recent years.
23rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I have been dealing with Ruth to arrange a viewing for a home and her flexibility has been unbelievable, she has been able to accommodate various changes and has been patient with changing circumstances. Thank you Ruth!
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)The Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions we had.
22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall
Dybles Independent Estate Agents - Winchester
1 Black Swan Buildings Southgate Street,Winchester, SO23 9DT(257 reviews)
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I worked with both aspects of Dybles Estate agents, with Daniel and his team to let my Property and with Jack and his team to sell it. My experience throughout was incredibly positive. All members of staff were approachable and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dybles to anyone who is thinking of letting or selling their property.
Fine & Country - Park Lane, Mayfair
(10 reviews)
4th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)What can I say - Fine & Country are the best premium estate agent, but dont just believe me, read the YouGov poll
6th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Our experience with Martin & Co was brilliant. Karl was very helpful and understanding of his customers interests while we searched for our new house. I would highly recommend Martin & Co to other students looking for a future home.
16th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Jackson Bailey are an excellent estate agents. Jack sold my mother’s house, obtaining an excellent price and working hard to see the sale through to completion. He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Bourne really helpfull on managing my flat, manage the renting process and everything. Makes my life easier.
3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Relatively early days for us but so far have been super impressed by Hellard’s attention to detail and also smart and direct questioning when we registered (Emily, who was great)They have in a short period of time presented two properties of interest. They are very prepared and very knowledgable on the properties they are marketing (Viv, who is excellent). Also they really do know their market and local area. Have a lot of confidence that Hellards will find the house of our dreams!
28th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Whilst Nick was not our selling agent (he was our sellers agent) I would like to endorse him and his firm; he was a pleasure to work with. Always prompt to respond and maintained the momentum of our transaction. Thanks Nick, great job ??????
26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)No communication at all, disappointing. I would not recommend.
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We sold our parents house and they were the second estate agent we tried. Our main contact was Harry also Andrew and Simon. They were all very professional and did a great job. we sold the house through them in August 2026.
21st Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I had an outstanding experience working with Daniel Krieger and the team at Harding Green on the sale of my property in the West Hampstead area. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
