The team at Knight Frank has excellent knowledge of the local area, which made a real difference in attracting the right buyers and negotiating a successful sale.<br><br>Ed made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. He always answered my questions and made selling my mobile home very easy. I would easily recommend him to anyone. He was a very pleasant young man. And he always put my ind at ease.

They are exceptional, especially Steph, who really looks after us both during and after the process. They go above and beyond and I wouldn’t dream of using any other agent, they are the best in Andover by a country mile. You won’t have that ‘To Let’ sign up for long with these folks on the case for you. My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having just bought a property with the help of the staff at Byrne and Co I can only rate this operation with full 5 stars.<br>From the moment I arranged my first viewing to the day of completion there has always been someone, either John or Helen or any of the other staff there, to assist or chase things along.<br>I would not hesitate to use Byrne and Co again, they seemed to have a very traditional attitude towards customer service that in my experience is so much more effective that the "corporate" agents that I have dealt with in recent years.

James and the team were really passionate about selling our property and very knowledgeable about the area the market and our potential buyer types. They helped us to get the market quickly and efficiently. All the team were helpful and James especially was very helpful and honest and supportive. We managed to find the right buyer and in the right timeframe in a challenging market. I would highly recommend all the team

22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall

I received regular updates on the progress of the sale, and my specific requests were responded to professionally and promptly. I would recommend Bournes to anyone looking for an estate agent that offers that little bit extra.

My experience throughout was incredibly positive. All members of staff were approachable and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dybles to anyone who is thinking of letting or selling their property.- 10th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Required details regarding commercial building valuation and was put through to the chartered surveyor. An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

They called without leaving a voicemail, including early morning at 8 am on Saturday and again on Monday morning, not helpful whwn i am on holiday. simply to ask whether I wanted to sell my house and look for another property. This felt highly inappropriate.<br><br>Ryan was unhelpful and wouldn’t confirm that my number would be removed from the call list. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
