The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

There will be others I've forgotten in the moving madness but thanks to the whole team Fantastic estate agents that were very helpful in getting my sale and purchase over the line. Thanks to Dan, Hobby, Elaine, Charlotte, and the rest of the Eastleigh team.

The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. Definitely a great experience overall.

24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I found Jamie and his team very approachable and friendly. Jamie was always willing to help and answer a multitude of questions we had!! The young lady Izzy who mainly answered the telephone was extremely pleasant and helpful. On the whole the experience was extremely pleasant and the staff very professional. Sadly we had to pull out and Jamie was very understanding considering he had a buyer for our property. I wish the staff all the very best for the future. 17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.

The entire team have been incredibly supportive and proactive throughout the entire process, especially when encountering unexpected difficulties along the way. Their knowledge of the local market has been invaluable, as has their professional yet extremely friendly advice. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. Everyone has been excellent and always really friendly and approachable and a great app, with all viewings, feedback and any updates on. Lovely Harry, so good at conducting the viewings, James and Rob for advice, Chris with his knowledge and of course amazing Audrey who goes above and beyond on getting it all over the line. We have changed our view of Estate agents, the move has been very stress free. Thank you all really appreciate the work you all put in????????
