   Terrible experience purchasing a house through this company. The Woman we dealt with who we believe is possibly a partner repeatedly didn’t find answers to our questions, it seemed as if it were a constant battle throughout, she also came across false and over the top. As far as the owner of the company goes one meeting was enough for us. Occasionally we spoke with other employees who were always friendly and efficient, shame the same can’t be said for management.... Read more

   Had to sell my late Father's property so I asked Melrose and Porteous to do this for me. The team worked hard and I had 17 viewings in the space of 2 weeks and a formal offer within 3 weeks of the sale going live. There were a couple of issues during the sale process that were not in our control but the team were always helpful, willing to find out information and made the process feel easy. I've never sold a property before, so I was anxious about the process; the staff at Melrose and Porteous quickly put any anxiety "to bed". If I decide to sell my property in the future, I would certainly use them again and definitely recommend other people use their services.... Read more

   Very professional and everything done as it should be. Wouldn't go past Fiona and her whole team for any body.We had lots to sort out over along period of time and sure enough got there in the end. I never at one point felt I was being put in second position , I live internationally and everything was done without any broken promises. Super friendly on the phone and was up to Q with what was going on. What started out thinking was gonna be a nightmare turned into a full on proffesional job ,especially with me living abroad .After a few twists here and a few twists there, the sale of the property couldn't have gone better.
