Jason was so friendly there was no hard sell just real genuine interest in helping us sell our property, which we hadn’t found with other estate agents. Throughout the process his communication was second to none and we always felt in the loop with what was happening, which just made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. When it came to selling, Jason exceeded my expectations of sale price by literally 10s of thousands. I couldn’t have asked for more when selling my first home! Would highly recommend!
26th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Excellent service from start to finish. Good advice re asking price to set, honest appraisal of prospective buyers. Lots of support during the preparation for marketing, leveraging their trade contacts to get things done quickly. Clear advice of options during the price and subsequent negotiations. Staff always friendly, very prompt responses to queries, good handover between staff so that people always knew what they were talking about. A really great experience.
11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.
18th May 2026 (27 days ago)I couldn't fault all the staff at Bannerman and burke...they were all very professional, friendly and welcoming,all the advice I was given whilst selling our property was spot on...it's a long time since I last bought or sold a property and I was out of touch with property sales but they were all very easy to deal with...
22nd Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Didn't feel the advert was informative of selling points. Seems very generic amd nothing personal. Also photos did not do property justice. But in a small area he knows what he doing and yes I would recommend him as he just seemed like a friend.
27th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Our overall experience was totally unsatisfactory. We never received a single enquiry, phone call or any other contact of any kind. We therefore instructed Taits to take our house of the market as we were totally disalusioned with the entire situation, especially as our offer for the house we fancied was accepted on condition that we recieved offers for ours. We have therefore advised Taits of our dissatisfaction and we have now decided to stay put. As they say in live, you live and learn. ??????

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)If you would like your property grossly under valued with a poor sale's team. Or even a valuation that isn't worth the paper it's written on. I highly recommend using DM hall. Disastrous experience in both selling and valuing 2 seperate property's.

9th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We sold our house through Paton &Co. and would thoroughly recommend them .The sale was certainly not straightforward but they were constantly in touch with all those in the long chain and kept us up to date with all the changes and updates.All the staff were excellent and never failed to update us with the progress and we are very glad we used a local firm to complete the sale.Thank you all.
