27th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience was totally unsatisfactory. We never received a single enquiry, phone call or any other contact of any kind. We therefore instructed Taits to take our house of the market as we were totally disalusioned with the entire situation, especially as our offer for the house we fancied was accepted on condition that we recieved offers for ours. We have therefore advised Taits of our dissatisfaction and we have now decided to stay put. As they say in live, you live and learn. ??????

20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)We chose James Agent to sell our property over other more established agents in our area because we felt they offered a fresh perspective, their fees are very reasonable however they don’t compromise on service. Our property sold very quickly despite the atrocious weather and going on the market on Christmas Eve Donald was professional and contact was excellent- we would highly recommend James Agent
