30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is the third time we have used the services of Cullen Kilshaw to sell a property successfully.<br>In our recent sale we used the Peebles office for the first time. Both Morag and Imogen were professional, helpful and friendly. A special mention to Imogen who kept in touch with us every step of the way and was very supportive. The cost of the services was very competitive and our sale was again successful in a very short period of time<br>Highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

I have used Iain as my solicitor on a number of occasions and have always found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and genuinely committed to getting the best outcome for his clients.<br><br>He takes the time to properly explain things, is always approachable and responsive, and most importantly, I have always felt that I was in very safe hands with him. He has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion and his attention to detail and straightforward advice have been invaluable.<br><br>Iain is exactly the kind of solicitor you want on your side, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a solicitor they can genuinely trust. Could not recommend enough, we were informed of any updates very quickly and all of our concerns and queries were handled efficiently and with care. Jane made the whole process for us as first time buyers extremely smooth and we had our keys in 6 weeks! Thanks again Jane :)

Alice was friendly , professional and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Alice was very knowledgeable and kept us right with the various requirements to let a property. All of our questions or queries were answered promptly with great communication through regular updates on tenancy applications.
