11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

From the initial guidance on my house, the market and ideas on how to prepare for market, through to accepting an offer were first class. I was never in doubt that they were representing my interests - always happy to answer questions and provide assurance, this was an easy sale and was a pleasure to have them looking after me.

16th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor, appear to have overlooked important documents in our missives which we now have to pay for on the sale of our purchase. You pay a solicitor good money to attend to these details. On being made aware of this " not our problem anymore" was the general theme. Tread carefully and make sure they're doing everything they say they're doing.

Could not recommend enough, we were informed of any updates very quickly and all of our concerns and queries were handled efficiently and with care. Jane made the whole process for us as first time buyers extremely smooth and we had our keys in 6 weeks! Thanks again Jane :)

26th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I am disappointed with my experience working with Ryden. Communication regarding invoices and payments has been very difficult, with repeated delays and the need for constant follow-ups to receive payment. This creates unnecessary stress and makes it hard to manage supplies and ongoing work professionally. I hope the company improves its payment processes and communication with contractors in the future.
18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)If you would like your property grossly under valued with a poor sale's team. Or even a valuation that isn't worth the paper it's written on. I highly recommend using DM hall. Disastrous experience in both selling and valuing 2 seperate property's.

30th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)We dealt with Paton as a buyer .<br>From the initial viewing to handing over the keys Paddy and Katherine were brilliant, even when things got a bit tricky with negotiations and I had a rant ,they remained tactful and professional and guided us to a successful completion, we could not be happier with our new home, many thanks.
17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
